(It's been a week and a half since bruce and Vance have left seen each other and Vance gets out of the jail in 2 days)

~third POV~
Vance got to better know Buck and there not super close but it's better than before.
Bruce is best friends with all the kids on the new team, they all think he's cool since he's also the youngest even if it's only by a month.
Vance hasn't been sleeping because he feels too lonely.
Bruce has been missing Vance as well but focused on baseball as much as he can so he can get that jersey to make it official.
Vance doesn't mind the kids in the 'jail' since there all afraid of him
Buck and the two kids in the cell with Vance hear him mumbling things at night, which is how Buck figured out about the grabber.
At night, when Bruce try's to sleep in the hotel room he sprays his cologne on it to remind him of vance since he likes his cologne.

~Bruces POV~
Coach nal said I get my jersey today! I can't wait to show it to all of them once I have it!
I'm walking into practice right now and once I do las waves at me
"Hey Bruce! Coach has something for you" he yells as he tilts his helmet up
I beam and run over to coach
"Hey Coach! I heard you needed me?" I say smiling
"Yeeep here" he says handing me a small box
I open it and

It's a dark blue and black Jersey just like the others with
'Yamada'

I look at it in shock
"Sooo?" He says
I look at up him and he's smiling
"I love it!" I say as I drop the box
I hear walking behind me then a hand on my shoulder
"Your part of the team now" I look back and see it's las then Justin,Sam,Noah and Luke.
"Thank you guys" I say smiling as Luke walks closer
"Annddd we have something for ya in the locker room"  Luke says
I stare at him
"What is it?"
"Just go look" he says
I look at the rest of the guys around me and they nod
I walk to the locker room that's not far away and open the door
"What is it?-"
I look and it's Robin and finn
"Heyyyy, we came to see you!" Finn says
I stare
"Holy hell, Robin  I'm surprised your here"
"And finn to" I say smiling
They walk over and I hug them
"It's only been a week but I missed you two"
I hear waking again and it's las
"They came yesterday after you left and wanted to surprise you at practice today"
I smile and walk to him then hug him
"Thanks las"
"Not me, them"
I let go and smile again
"Now all I need is-"
"Vance" Robin says
I sigh
"Who's Vance?" I hear las say
"Oh, just a friend" I say smiling
I look at Robin and he smiles
He nods
"You guys wanna come hang at my hotel tonight? I've gotta get to practice but we can hang out later" I say and Robin nods
"Yea yea that's good"
I sigh then walk out of the locker room with the team infront of me then Robin and finn behind me.

~Vance's POV~
I'm laying on my bed reading that damn book Buck gave me when Travis- wait travis walks in?
"Hey Vance" he says
"Uh hey?" I say sitting up and putting the book down
"Your gettin out early"
"I am?!" I say standing up
"Yep, today"
I smile
"Fucking finally"
He takes a pair of cuffs out and I lift my hands up
"So who's picking me up?" I say
"Your dad"
My stomach drops
"I can't go back with him- he's uh-"
"He bailed you out alright? Just take it"
I groan
I can't see him again
"Can't you just take me home?" I say looking at him
"I can't kid, I'm only allowed to bring you out"
I gulp as he starts to walk us out
I wave by to Buck who was half asleep till travis came in and he waves back
I watch all around me

How did he know I was here?
I've signed my shit off of him and I do all my own stuff so how the hell did he find me
"Vance- quit tripping on your feet" travis says as I come back too
"Shit- I zoned out" I say picking my feet up
He nods

We make our way back to the entrance and he hands me a bag
"Here's the few things you had on ya"
I take it
"Do i atleast get my clothes back this time"
"Yep"
I sigh and walk into the small bathroom to throw my clothes on.
Once I'm done I walk out and see my dad staring at me with a smile
I sigh as they open the locked door
I walk out and my dad puts a hand on my shoulder then grips down harshly
"Missed me Hm?"
I glare at him
"No and love the new scar" I say pointing to the one on his nose which makes it slightly pushed in
He stares at me
"Mm yea"
I glare down as he pulls me out with him
As soon as we get into his car he takes something out
"Alright, I have conformation that if you try to touch me in any way possible I'm allow to tase you, any strength, they don't care"
I look and he's holding one of the damn cop tasers that hurt like hell.
"I'm not staying with you, I have to go downstate tomorrow" I say still looking away
"Mm I don't think so"
"What do you mean 'I don't think so'" I say glaring up and meeting his gaze
"I say no, so no"
"You can't do that, I have my own papers-"
He holds up a binder
"Signed and everything vance, I have custody of you"
"Fully"
I stare at him and snatch the binder
Inside is all Court cases and all have my name on them
Then I see it
My dads name
Full custody till age of 18
I look up at him grinning
"So good luck leaving because if you try to I'll send a search party out for you, oh and no phone to tell that boy your not coming"
I stare at him
"Da-you don't deserve to be called that, but I need to tell him" I say glaring at him
"I know it's that damn boy you like, your just a f@g" he says leaning towards me
"You deserved to die in that damn basement"
I feel my stomach drop again as he turns back and starts the car
"Now, let's go home to your mother"
I clench my fists
"Just because you have custody dosent mean you own me" I say
"What was that? I can't hear you when you fuckin mumble"
"You don't own my ass so I'm leaving tomorrow" I say as I hold my fists tighter
He turns to me
"Try me" he says before shocking my arm
I flinch as slap my hand over my leg where he hit me
I let out a silent cry as he starts to drive, putting it down
"That wasn't even that bad"
I lift my head up and stare at him through my blond curls
"I'm gonna fucking kill you"

~Bruces POV~
We just finished one of the hardest practice's this week, coach said it was a 'welcome to the team' thing.
I did find out the practice thing WAS a ritual they did whenever they got a new member to show them what they can do, so that was nice.
I fell behind a few times but came in like 5th place? I was behind Noah.
Im excited because Robin told me that since vance was getting out early he might be here tomorrow or Friday!
I doubt tomorrow but it's worth a shot thinking of it, he hates going places at night so probably Friday.
I'm walking back to my mothers car with Robin and finn while talking, I missed these two so much.
"So you ready?" I hear a voice say
"Huh?" I say
I look over and it's las
"Oh hey las, what do you mean though?"
"We've got a some-what game on Friday" he says
"Really?!" I say smiling
That's when Vance is supposed to show up!
He gets to see me play fuck yea!
"Oh alright!" I say as las waves and walks away
I start to walk again
As I'm sitting up I look back to Robin and finn
"Ready?"
"Yep"

(Later, back at Bruces hotel room)

"Bruce- do you have food?" Robin says
"Uhh yea" I say tossing him chips
"Thanks"
I nod and wander around trying to find my pants
"Finn did you take my pajama pants?"
"No"
I look over and he's wearing them
"Seriously" I say and he laughs
"There nice ok?"
I roll my eyes and grab a different pair
I slip my pants off then the pajama ones on
"I don't give two shits if you guys care or not but I'm taking off my shirt and showering" I say
"Wow because we totally care" Robin says as he throws a towel at me
"Just don't forget that"
I roll my eyes and walk into the bathroom

Once I finish, I walk out in my clothes and toss my outfit into the basket which my moms gonna wash tonight.
I walk to my bed and fall onto it, it turns out finn left because he had to go home tonight so now it's just me and Robin.
"Robin, don't smoke that shit in here" I say looking up at him which he's about to light a joint
He rolls his eyes and puts the lighter away
"I wasn't" he says putting it away
"Sure sure"
I close my eyes and sigh
"I'm excited for Friday aren't you?" I say
"Well sorta, I'm pretty sure travis is bringing him"
I smile and sigh again
"Atleast my mom will let me and him share a room" I say grinning as Robin turns to me
"Dude that's fuckin gross" Robin says
I roll my eyes
"We all know what you do with Finn so shut up" I say starting to laugh
He laughs too then there's a knock on the door
I groan before standing up,walking to it and opening it.
"Hey Bruce, I need the uniform" my mom says
I nod, grab it out of the basket and hand it too her
"Thanks mom" I say
She smiles at me and nods
"Also quiet down, it's quiet time remember?"
I nod
"Yea I know"
I close the door as she walks away and see Robin already asleep
"Damn" I mumble as I turn the lights off and lay on my bed
"I can't wait to see you vance" I mumble before closing my eyes.
