Jordyn was caught off-guard when she blinked for a second and seeing herself on bed and laying on top of Calliope who was holding onto her waist with hooded eyes and was in the verge of passing out.

She knew the girl who had her hand on her waist was drunk AF and wouldn't remember a single thing the next day but she was rooted on her spot not knowing what to do having Calliope's face so close to her.

Calliope: "You're so pretty." she whispered.

Jordyn blushed upon hearing those words even though she is aware the girl is currently drowned in alcohol in her system.

Calliope: "...lalo na ang mga mata mo." caressing Jordyn's left cheek. "Why do I feel like I've seen these before." studying the girl's eyes trying to remember.

Jordyn was still stunned with Calliope's actions but she can't seem to move away until she heard the bathroom door open, making her get up immediately while Calliope closed her eyes and eventually head for dreamland.

Aubrey: "Oh Cous.." she saw her cousin standing beside the bed looking a little startled fixing her hair and then saw lumps on the bedspread meaning there are people already on the bed probably sleeping so she lessened the volume of her voice. "Sorry.." covering her mouth before continuing again but with a hushed tone. "Is that Calliope with Gil?" the girl nodded her head. "Ok ok, the bathroom's all yours. I will fetch you some clothes and bring them to you inside, I also put a dry towel by the sink for you." Jordyn once again nodded her head before heading to the bathroom while Aubrey who was wearing a loose white shirt and black gym shorts quietly headed towards one of the large wall cabinets and started digging for some clothes for Jordyn to wear.

After 15 minutes

Jordyn got out of the bathroom and saw the room now being dimly lit with just the lamp on the bedside table being turn on as she could hear light snores coming from the bed not noticing someone was laying on a 3-seater couch that was placed on the other end of the bedroom just a few meters away from the bed.

Mackenzie: "Hey.."

It frightened Jordyn a bit that it made her body leaped momentarily while she clutched her chest while holding the towel she used just now.

Mackenzie: "I apologize..." raising her arms as she said in a soft tone not wanting to wake up her friends and stood up from the seat and approached the startled girl. "I didn't mean to scare you." she scratched the back of her neck feeling guilty.

Jordyn sent her a small smile and shaking her head; silently telling her she that it was fine.

Mackenzie: "Here, let me put that away." pertaining to the towel the girl has on her hand; she took it and went back to the bathroom to place it on the hamper earning a grateful smile from Jordyn. "Uhhh.. Aubrey is at the other room just opposite from this one. You both will sleep there." Jordyn bowed her head, thanking the dark-haired girl and waved a "goodnight" to one another before Jordyn left the room and knocked on the opposite door and opened it seeing her cousin just finishing drying her hair with a blow dryer.

Aubrey: "Hey Cous." giving her a warm smile. "Come here, let me dry your hair."

Jordyn sat in front of the vanity mirror while Aubrey stood behind her and blew dried her hair to make sure she doesn't sleep with a wet head.

Once Aubrey made sure her cousin's hair was dry enough, she suggested that they start getting some shut eye since it was almost 12AM according to the clock sitting on the vanity table.

The cousins lay on the queen sized bed of the guest room and made themselves comfortable with Jordyn wearing almost the same clothes as Aubrey's but her shirt was a not a big as her cousin's and the color of her top was black and her shorts was white.

Jordyn tried to sleep but the hard pouring rain was distracting her and the thunder made her body lightly jump after every sound it made. She doesn't usually get jittery like this when it rains but it happens at times when there are loud thunders involved; making her unconsciously remember things from her accident she would like to forget causing her body to feel distress.

She then felt Aubrey's right arm wrap around her waist and her cousin's head leaning on her shoulder making her feel warm, loved and safe.

Aubrey: "Don't worry Cous, I'm here. You're safe." she whispered trying her best to stay awake and show comfort for Jordyn sensing her cousin's uneasiness knowing very well her trauma against heavy rains with thunderstorms.

Jordyn who lay flat on bed, started to reduce the stiffness of her body and put her left hand over Aubrey's right arm that was wrapped around her and held on to it tightly for safety and closed her eyes, stopping a few tears to leave her eyes as she took deep calming breaths to ease her tension focusing on her cousin's gentle and soft snores instead of the distracting sounds outside until she was able to rest her wandering mind and gave in to her desire to sleep.

After a few hours:

It was about 7:00AM and Jordyn had woken up.

She was actually quite used to it since she grew up in the province where they usually wake up  early in the mornings even without alarm clocks.

Jordyn looked around and forgot that Aubrey was still sleeping in the same position she was since last night; with her arm wrapped around Jordyn's waist.

Jordyn can't help but smile seeing the care her cousin has had for her through all these years and it still hasn't changed till now.

She wanted to just lay there for atleast an hour more but she had the sudden urge to use the bathroom to pee but was afraid she would wake up Aubrey. Since she couldn't help it any longer, she slowly tried lifting Aubrey's arm and successfully used the pillow that was on her head and placed it on her cousin's arm; making Aubrey cuddle towards it immediately as Jordyn laughed at her cousin's adorableness. Once she successfully got out of the bed, she left and went to the other room where Mackenzie and the others were and used their bathroom since it was the only one she knew about.

As she was done; Jordyn was about to leave when she heard squirming coming from the bed so she quietly went towards it and saw Calliope breathing heavily with her eyes shut and being slightly agitated in her sleep as she was rotating her head left to right and faintly twitching her body like she was being hit by jolts of electricity while she was trying to say something but words weren't coming out.

Jordyn didn't know what to do if she should wake up the girl but she thought it might make Calliope more agitated so she knelt down and started caressing the girl's forehead remembering that's what her mom and dad usually do when she had bad dreams when she was younger hoping it would also calm down Calliope. Thankfully it did and the sleeping girl was beginning to relax after a few seconds and being able to breathe normally again but Jordyn still continued to stroke her head gently until she could hear Calliope softly snoring once again.

Jordyn let out a deep breath of relief before pulling away and smiling at Calliope's now calm facial features before she tip-toed her way out of the room making sure not to disturb any of the girls inside but she was then welcomed by Mrs. Apuli who was standing by the hallway as she  was about to enter the room Jordyn just exited.
