__________________________The room suddenly ensued with applause. She was given a standing ovation as she stood in the blinding lights, moderately out of breathe. Her mouth stood agape while her chest rose and fell.
Y/n stood in the middle of the stage in all of her glory, relishing in her acclamations. This was one of the reasons why she lived for playing so much. Because not only did it make her happy, it made others happy too.She bowed to the judges, to the audience and to whomever else was seemingly proud of her. Y/n's hair flopped into her face while her upper-half of her body was leaning down. She then suddenly stood back up straight, smiled warmly and exited the stage gathering her things.
Soon after, competition had officially ended, and Y/n gratefully took first place. After the awards were given, everyone headed into a large room filled with seating, music, and food. Seemed more like a reception, or after party than something you would see at the end of a violin competition. It was somewhat unusual, because this was only her third time doing something like this after a competition in her whole music career. Maybe it was a special occasion.
Y/n was over the moon. Midoriya secretly bought tickets beforehand and came to watch her play. He was mesmerized by the way she looked on stage. She was truly in love.
With violin, of course.
"Oh my goodness! Thank you so much! I appreciate you coming!" She jumped into his arms in appreciation, telling him how much it meant to her that he came to watch her, making Bakugou a little jealous even though he was basically forced and did not want to be there in the first place.
Midoriya handed her a small bouquet of colorfully flowers wrapped in pretty paper, in which she gratefully took saying thank you and that she loved them. She thought as if she was receiving flowers from a father after their daughter did well at a dance or gymnastics competition. Allas, that's what she thought of it as.
Bakugou went and sat down at an empty table to sit on his phone in peace while Y/n and Midoriya chatted in a open corner of the open room.
"How does it feel to be up there?"
"I mean, it's nerve-wracking at first, but when I actually start to play, all of those nerves just flow out of me." They both talked about orchestra and such before their conversation was cut short by a tall blonde man drinking what seemed to be alcohol. They both stopped and stared, at the man who came before them doing what seemed to be smiling behind his clothes that covered his mouth.
"Well Ms.L/n. You put on an amazing performance today. I have been waiting a very long time to meet you." The man spoke still not introducing himself. Although, he didn't need to.
"Woah, Best Jeanist." Midoriya said with a small amount of surprise. The man shook his hand firmly and nodded.
"Hello Midoriya. Nice to see you again. Your friend Bakugou still does not seem to have any manners. I know he saw me when I walked in earlier." He said with a little attitude before turning back to Y/n who stood frozen in shock. The Pro-Hero holding his hand out to her to shake in best manners.
"You know my name?" She grabbed his hand shaking it lightly feeling as if she grasped it too hard it might break off into her hand.
"Well of course. I've known you for years my girl. You are very talented." Her praised her with such geniality it could make her heart and soul melt.
"Oh mon Dieu..." Quickly speaking as her nervousness started to show in front of the pro hero. Y/n stood in astonishment replaying what she just heard in her head a few more times before speaking again. "Oh my goodness! Wow! Gosh! Uhm..it's really a pleasure to meet you. Oh my gosh!" Stuttering over her words. "You have been such a role-model for me.""It's also a pleasure to meet you too L/n. Now, I must be taking my leave. Me and Edgeshot came together and he is much ready to go. So, I will see the both of you in some time." Walking off waving from behind to meet up with his fellow Pro-Hero who stood in the large doorframe apparently impatiently.
"He actually knew my name..." she muttered. "He actually knew my name?!" She yelled grabbing ahold of Midoriya's shoulders and gripping them in pure bewilderment.
"Oh yeah! I'm pretty sure he's really into music and stuff, so I he probably had know you for a while." The green haired boy laughed a little. "You might have to ask Bakugou though, he interned with two years ago, because frankly I'm not too su-"
"He what?!"
"He interned with Best Jeanist?"
"You're joking."
"No, I'm serious."
She stood looking blankly at him, and he stood looking blankly at her, seeing as she was gripping tighter into his jacket sleeves as her anger grew and each second whipped by. She felt like she was confused, but she was 100% aware of what he just said. Her mind started fogging a little bit and her felt as if for some she could not think straight.
Her head dipped down and her gripped tightened on his shirt. Y/n's knees felt like that were going to give out, and she felt slightly lightheaded. Her vision started to black and blur until she heard Midoriya say
"Y/n? Are you ok?" Her questioned with concern, feeling her put more of her weight onto him and a tingly sensation in both of his arms where she was holding onto him from. Her vision suddenly comes back and she gains her strength again. She blinked a couple of times, and straightened her posture before gaining full control of her consciousness again. Her head then pops back up and looks like she's back to normal.
"Yes." Stating quickly, she let go of him. "Are you hungry?"
"Sure...I could eat?"
"The let's gets something to eat. I think I'm ready to leave and go head back to the dorms."
