__________________________"You know..." Y/n started as she fiddled with her fingers her friend Bakugou while she laid out across her floor. "Its- I'm getting worse." Studdered, not necessarily wanting to finally get it off of her chest. Bakugou laying beside her on the floor previously looking up at the ceiling looked over to the girl who looked like she was filled with dejection.
"What are you talking about." Looking back at the ceiling indulging in the music that he so called hated, that flowed through her dimly lit room.
"You know what I'm talking about, Katcha."
"Don't say things you don't know are true Y/n." He said in an agitated tone. He didn't want to hear her say that. He didn't even want to think about it. He wanted her to just stop talking at the moment.
"Katcha..." The girl started. "Your my best friend, my brother. I'm not going to make up a fabricated story just so you will be happy, and think that I'm happy. Because I'm not. I'm not going to lie to you."
He looked away from the ceiling and back at her, feeling her eyes on the side of his head. He gave her this look, and then turned his head to look back to the ceiling, not wanting her to give him that glare of sadness.
"Yeah. I know."
Her nightmares had been progressively worse, and this person- yes. This person has been becoming more actual in it's being than a figment of her imagination that it's been scaring her.
Her state hasn't been getting any better day by day.
Nightmares were getting worse, her quirk was subconsciously making her weaker, and draining all of her energy. Some days she wouldn't even be able to get out of her bed. Splitting headaches were common, she would get random bruises on her body during the night. Dark prominent circles curated onto her under eyes due to her lack of sleep. Her nose would bleed, and at random she would collapse.
She was in an out of the hospital weekly, and almost daily. She was in pain and misery. All the doctors ever talked about was scary stuff that she didn't want to hear. So she tuned them out.
Aizawa has been one of the most concerned, besides Mitsuki. Some days he thinks that she maybe just needs to stop using her quirk overall. But he was trying to have hope that with all the right training and medical care it could be fixed.
But who knows.
"I have another doctors appointment later today." Unexpectedly speaking up. "And I'll be kind of free-ish for the next three weeks because I'll be preparing for a solo for the intro to that opera that's coming here so..."
"Don't change the subje-"
"I just figured you didn't want to talk about it anymore-"
"That doesn't mean we can just brush past it?!" Shouting at her at. She sat unfazed knowing that he was only in distress, using intimidation and anger to try and suppress it.
"You yelling helps nothing Katcha..." he sighed at the fact. He was hurt, he did know what would happen, but he would rather relish in anger, and yell at her than be burden with sadness.
"I'm going to train." He got up from the floor and began walking to the room door. Jolting up, Y/n looked towards his way and started standing up as well.
"Let me go as wel-"
"Absolutely not."
"Why no-" She was quickly cut off by the slam of her door, almost making her room shake from the force. Y/n's shoulder shrank in mildness, a frown then appearing on her face.
"Shithead!" She yelled out of character. The girl sat back down on her floor with an attitude. She had a angered look on her face before it instantly changed into a sorrowful expression. Tears became apparent on her face, as they steered to the sides of her face, and next to her ears. Sniveling at her state, her breathing stuttering, and she fisted her hands and began hitting them repeatedly against the floor. She screamed loudly and then quickly covered her mouth. Still crying, and lost in thought, she sat up and sighed.
"I have a doctors appointment." And with that she got up, got ready, and headed out the door to the train station for a long day at the emergency department.

That day at school, Katsuki, Y/n and their other classmates were playing around with their quirks at recess, while the teachers weren't looking.
Bakugou was shooting small explosions towards her way making her run and scream playfully. Then she turned around, and slowly started lifting Bakugou up a few centimeters from the ground, to which he started to squirm and release himself from her capture. All of their friends laughed and poked and tickled him seeing as it made him angry. Y/n slowly put the boy down and everyone immediately started screaming for what seemed like their lives, and Bakugou started yelling and chasing all of them, and then turned it into a game of tag.
Later at home, Y/n's mother and father were sitting in the living room chatting with the Bakugou's who talked over tea.
Y/n and Katsuki ran around the kitchen island, hearing Ms. Bakugou yell at them to stop yelling. Them both immediately stopping and going to sit by the coffee table to play with their toys."I know, and I told her, you can't act like that in front of the children? How immature can you be." Mitsuki took a sip of her tea and then placed it down.
"I mean honestly. If you're anger we should talk about it like mature adults. That was clearly inappropriate. People never-" they heard a thud.
"Y/n..?" Katsuki called. Her mother screamed.
"Y/n? Darling?!" She laid sprawled out on the floor, passed out. "Oh mon Dieu!" She ran over to her to daughter to pick her up.
"She's not breathing?!"
And that was the first time Y/n ever had one of her episodes.
