Midoriya was sitting on the bench in front of the piano just starting when Y/n walked in. Y/n was in the back of the dark room, slowly walking down the aisle not for a second taking her eyes off of him. Finally finding an empty seat and sitting in it. Her eyes fixed on the grand piano on the stage. She watched as Midoriya sat at the piano with his shoulders squared back and his head down looking at the keys of the piano. He wore a black suit that hugged his toned body, and his fingers were poised over the keys of the piano.

Y/n knew that Midoriya was talented pianist, but she had never seen him perform in front of an audience so easily without her before. She could not tell whether he was anxious, confident, scared.

Y/n sat down on an end seat of a row that was occupied by people, being quiet to not disturb the others around her.

Y/n slowly sat down in her chair, mesmerized by the stage, watching it ever so intensely like the moment could disappear in a second. She found herself holding her breath as Midoriya proceeded to play. His fingers moved with such grace and precision over the keys, and each note seemed to fill the room with a beautiful, haunting, nostalgic melody.

Y/n closed her eyes and let herself be transported by this music for a while. She felt a deep sense of peace and calm wash over her as Midoriya played this ever so familiar symphony and she realized that she had never felt so connected to him before.

Y/n sat in her seat, her heart pounding in her chest. Not from fatigue, but from exhilaration. The green haired boy, with his eyes closed was entranced by the music that flowed through the keys into the air, completely lost in time by the music. He looked so relived yet focused.

Y/n'a breathe started to hitch, and she got choked up. She had never seen anyone who has made her so enthralled in her life, she was infatuated with the way he played, with the way he looked, with the way he so effortlessly and unknowing made her heart pound harder in her chest.

Y/n was watching the boy who she shared such deep feelings with, play piano with all and every part his heart and soul.

Y/n herself has grown up with classical music all of her life, and she never ceased to get enough of it. But she had never seen music like this, never experienced music in such a way that it made her perceptive of everything change, made her feel like she was the only girl in the world, like this music was being played for her.

As each second rolled by, she was inadvertently being drawn in even more by the music he played.

Listening to a beautiful piece that she didn't dare name. He had played with such intensity and emotion that it was bringing Y/n closer and closer to tears.

Suddenly her eyes started stinging and emerging with tears that also immediately rode down her cheek to make room for more.

He was breathtaking.

He was spellbinding.

He was alluring.

He was prepossessing.

The tears rushed down her face, to soon created a tear-stained print along her cheeks. She breathed heavily, being overwhelmed and overpowered by the emotions that this song carried with it.

Y/n's breathe was unsteady and she just couldn't bring herself to look away from him. He was playing this for her, this was for her.

The found, and dreadful memories that this song brings back are too much to handle.

Her eyes then started to glow, and her lip began to quiver. Her nose was now red, and she subtly wiped her nose so that it would not run.

Izuku looked so self-assured and elegant. Playing each note as if it was embroidered into his hands, he had finally found the cure for that jealously and envy that he constantly felt like watching someone else play the piano when he couldn't.

His fingers continued to move across the keys with a grace and fluidity that Y/n had never witnessed before.

A rush if excitement started to flow though his hands as he played, a passion that would keep him from ever stopping. Lost in his own world of music and emotion.

And then the number started to finish, and Y/n sullenly watched as Midoriya's fingers slowed on the keys, as he played the final notes of the song, and the audience erupted into applause, and Y/n left the room before hearing his last note play with a wave of tears still stringing down her face.
