Yukari woke up as her fire just about died down.

The phone rang as Yukari jumped up and answered it.

"You fucking bitch. I told you to stay out of my shit!" Molly yelled over the phone.

"What do you mean?" Yukari asked.

"You know damn well what I mean. Watch your back, Akiyama. I saved your life. I don't think I won't take it either."

Yukari hung up the phone, stepping back, and stared in shock.

She quickly packed up her things and left the barn, pistol in hand.

Yukari looked around before making her way to a road and following it.

"A road to community hall? Let's hope." She said as she walked down the road, looking over her shoulder constantly.

Yukari walked over a bridge, looking over to see the frozen water.

When she walked across, she saw something laying on the ground.

The closer she got, she suddenly realized it was a person.

"Hello?" She asked, getting closer to see blood around the body of a prison guard.

She gasped, kneeling down and checking his pulse to find him dead.

A smaller trail of blood led away as Yukari drew her pistol and followed it into the woods.

She made it to a shed, where a convict lay against a beam, dead and drained of all blood.

However, the convict had a broken arrow sticking out of his shoulder with a note in his hand.

Yukari knelt down and picked up the notes, reading it.

I'm soaking right through the paper. All that's left of me are those cowards. Like something jumped up and bit me. Was wrong to follow Mathis. No leader. Do not trust him. Won't lead you home.

Yukari folded the note and put it in her pocket.

Yukari saw a flare, some granola bars, and a can of soda. Picking them up and leaving the shed, back to the road, and walking down it.

As Yukari got closer to her destination, she saw a stack of smoke in the air.

"I guess there's Thompson's Crossing." She said to herself.

She got closer to seeing a small building with a large stack of logs on fire.

Yukari walked to the giant flame, holding her hands up to warm up as she looked at the smoke stacks.

Yukari took a deep breath and walked to the door, walking inside.

Inside, several people laid in bedrolls and blankets with one man standing above them, bowing his head.

Yukari approached, carefully watching where she stepped.

The man turned around to meet Yukari's eyes.

"Oh... hello." He said, looking her up and down.

"Did you come from the crash site, like the others? All the cots are taken, but you can sit by the fire and warm up a bit."

"Crash site?"

"Yes, don't you remember? Another one is suffering from shock, maybe."

"No, I didn't crash here. I was sent here by the Red Cross. Me and my team."

"Red Cross? Help is on the way!?" He asked.

"Well... we were sent here to survey the area for the most heavily affected areas and a place to set up our base camp. We were... attacked by convicts. Effectively ruining the expedition."
