"Hey! Where do you think you're going?" Negan said, watching Ron heading out. "Oh, I'm heading to a mall. It's on the way to the kingdom pick up. Thought I'd check it out." Ron made an excuse. "Pick up isn't for two days. You need that long for a mall?" Negan seemed suspicious. "I don't know. Maybe. Just want to be safe I guess." Ron said, wanting to go to Alexandria for a while. "Ok. Be careful. And make sure you have enough food and water." Negan said, always worrying about Ron. "I will. See you soon." Ron said with a smile. "See you kid." Negan said, giving Ron a hug. That was a bit out of nowhere, Ron thought, but he went with it.

"Hello?! Open up!" Ron said, wondering why no one was watching the gate. "It's me! Ron!" He said, knocking on the rusting panels. "Carl? Rick?" Ron said, starting to get concerned.

He "snuck" over the wall, still wondering where everyone was.
"Hey. What's going on here? Theres no one at the gate." Ron said, finding everyone in the meeting room. Ezekiel, Jerry, Gregory, and Jesus were there as well, looking rather surprised to see Ron there. "I told Spencer to watch it." Rick said, honestly not surprised he wasn't. "Baby!" Carl exclaimed, jumping into Ron's arms. "I love you sweetie." Ron said, kissing Carls neck. "Ron? Can't say I expected to see you here." Ezekiel said calmly. "I could say the same." Ron said, his arms around Carl. "What's going on here? Why is one of Negans favorite people here like he's one of us?" Gregory asked, genuinely confused. "Because he is one of us." Enid said in an annoyed tone. "One of his favorites? Do you think so?" Ron said, holding hands with Carl. "Definitely. He's like, obsessed with you man." Jerry said, shaking his head. "Bro you look like a criminal." Mikey said, referring to Ron's all black outfit. "Fuck you Mikey! You look like... you look like my dad." Ron said, crossing his arms. Pete had always worn sweaters like the one Mikey had on now. "Woah! Just because he sucked as a dad doesn't mean he sucked at fashion! He was quite a fashionable man." Mikey said, secretly believing it. "Don't talk about my dad like that you bitch." Ron demanded, although he had brought his dad into this. "Whatever you say." Mikey said, yawning.
