"Momma go!" Alaia laughed as India hugged all of them at once.
"Granny love!!!!" The twins said and Alaia continued to laugh.
"I got yawl's breakfast ready."India said excitedly.
"Well, we sure are hungry." Nadia said with a yawn.
Alaia knew they were tired and hungry.
It was a long drive and they had got up about 10 minutes ago.
Chosen called to check on them and really to make sure they were still coming. The moment he did that the twins were up and wanting to talk to him. Alaia had just passed the phone as usual when it came to the twins and their father.
"Granny we're goin to be here sometimes but we told dad we would spend the summer with him, I'm sorry but we still love you." Noah said and India looked at Alaia.
"Oh." She said looking at Alaia with a slight smirk.
She had already filled her mother in on everything but Noah and Nadia were going to run things by her again apparently.
"And me, I'm staying here." Alaia said hugging her mother and India looked at her.
"Yawl run in there and eat, it's all set up." India told the twins who nodded before running off.
"So your stayin here?" India asked looking confused and Alaia nodded.
"Where else would I stay?" She said opening her trunk to grab their suitcases out.
"So what is going on with you and Chosen?" India looked at her.
Alaia was in her travel clothes which were a pair of leggings and a T-shirt. Her hair was tied back with a bare face. She was naturally beautiful as her brown eyes glistened.
"What do you mean what's goin on between me and Chosen?" She asked confused only to see Chosen walking out of her mother house all smiles.
"Yawl finish eatin ima be right back." He said turning back into the house and Alaia looked around confused.
"He's been here for like an hour waitin on you guys." India said with a smile.
Alaia didn't know what it was but her mother loved Chosen, always had really.
He was one of Howard's 'respectful' friends.
Chosen would always clean up behind himself, offer India help and even try to make Howard to do the same. He wasn't perfect but in the eyes of her mother, he was a good kid.
"We're just co-parenting." She said and India looked at Chosen.
Chosen walked over smiling at her.
"Co-parenting?" India asked.
Alaia couldn't help but smirk back even though she didn't want to.
"As friends." Alaia said still caught looking at him.
It could have been his straight smile, it could have just been him.
Chose stood with a fresh cut and in a plain white t and shorts as he looked at her.
He without a doubt looked ready for the day and fine at that in his Jordans.
"Uhm I guess we didn't expect you-" Alaia started as he made his way over and kissed her passionately.
India was almost as caught off guard as Alaia as she chuckled at them.
"I missed you too." He said looking away from her knowing she was blushing.
