Alaia yawned as Cameron entered the office.

"Wow surprised someone is actually in office." He said and Alaia shot him a look.

"Damn don't joke with you." He said and she waved him off and started to pack up her laptop.

She had spent the last week working from home. Mostly to help with Chance and Teana when she got home. It wasn't as if it effect anyone and since they still weren't on good terms Alaia ignored him.

"No good morning, no conversation-" Cameron sat down and Alaia looked at him.

"Look im exhausted. I've got kids not kid and on top of weeks of lookin out for everyone's kids, including yours I'm just not up for a conversation." Alaia admitted.

It could have been the fact she was tired from being pregnant or just irritable.

"How can I help you?" She asked and he waved her off.

"So you still mad bout me leavin Messiah wit you?" He asked licking his lips and she folded her arms.

"How can I help you?" Alaia repeated.

"So I was wondering if-" He started and she stood up and grabbed her bag.

"Nope." She stood up and headed for the door.

Cameron couldn't help but laugh.

"Well, I guess that means you are still mad." He said and she looked at him.

"You think your funny but your not and honestly your irritating me." She looked at him.

"Dont cry about shit and ask for help for the problem you walked into. See before I felt bad but let's be real, you're how old?" She looked at him.

"So you're mad I never came back with food? It's the pregnancy thing right?" He said and she glared at him.

"Move." She said nudging him as he walked past.

Cameron couldn't help but turn around and watch her walk away.

"Weirdo." She said catching him.

"And ima tell my man." She rolled her neck and he couldn't help but laugh.

"Yea, it's funny Mr sexual harassment in the workplace." She said and his smile fell.

"Ha, ha, ha." She taunted him as she walked out and to her car.

Alaia couldn't help but laugh but she wasn't going to tell Chosen just like she said, it wasn't the first time she caught him looking as long as he didn't touch.

As she got in the car she headed to pick the twins up from school.

Things seemed to be getting back to normal and Alaia was glad.

She had a check-up yesterday and she didn't tell Chosen she scheduled an appointment because she was worried. Everything was fine but she was concerned, how could she not be. She was constantly worried about her pregnancy and as brave as she felt hopping into the car to pull Chance out she felt naive and stupid.

Not only did she risk losing her twins but herself and she knew that if it was anyone else, even Diamond they wouldn't have likely done the same.

Alaia pulled up and waited in the long school line.

Chosen loved picking up the twins whereas she didn't and the line was the reason why.

After nearly 15 minutes of the slow-moving line the twins finally waved as she pulled up.

"Momma!" they said in unison and she couldn't help but smile.

"Hey, babies. How was school?" She asked as they climbed in.
