"So 5 kids?" Chosen sat across his mother.

He hadn't really planned on visiting, but it was going on two weeks, and since Conner's revealed, there were some things he had been curious about.

First, why and how he thought he was an only child being the biggest thing.

Chosen's life hadn't been anything as good as it could have been.

"Yea." Candy nodded.

"All C names, right?" He asked, and she nodded once more.

"How the fuck you have kids, lose em and still have more?" He asked and she sighed.

Chosen looked her over and she looked different.

Of course she looked like his mother, jus sober.

A rare sighting for him.

"Chosen I don't-" She started and he looked at her.

He didnt really care considering that he was finding this out.

He wasn't quiet sure if this would have made him feel less alone but knowing versus not knowing was better for him

"Jus tell me they names and you can finish your visit wit your actual kids." He said and not matter what Candy knew she would never let a moment pass where she didnt know that she had let him down, that she had abandoned him.

"Cameron, You; Chosen, Coral, Conner and then Change." She said and he looked at her.

"Wow okay." He said standing up and waving Conner back over.

Chosen wasnt surprised but at the same time he was.

Of course he had so many other questions for her but left it alone.

He was learning easily how the past could be a burden.

As he looked at Conner smiling, he looked happy.

The same could be said for Change who looked content and happy in her mothers arms.

As he looked at them he wasnt jealous he actually felt a bit of relief that maybe the could have a normal life, something he had never been gifted.

Him hearing he had siblings seemed to feel different.

Unlike him he could tell based off of what Conner told him that maybe they werent people he wanted to be around.

"I mean who says no to a kid that looks like you." He mumbled to his self.

THat was a true statement because every time he looked at them he saw himself.

"Shit ima simp?" He started to doubt himself.

As he looked at his sibling and CAndy he couldnt help but go back to Alaia's statement.

'He looks nothin like you' He remembered.

He didnt want to say they were right but the twins looked like him, even his siblings but the fact Chance didnt started to feel strange.

Even more so since he couldnt take him to be tested like he had planned.

Chosen let out a long sigh.

He did have a lot going on and he couldnt help but think how he said to much making things worse between Alaia and him.

"Thank you Chosen." Candy approached snapping him out of his thoughts.

"Two weeks Candy." He reminded her as she passed his little sister over.

She nodded before leaning down and kissing and hugging conner.
