The one-sided love disease
The victim suffers from flowers growing in their lungs. There are different stages of this disease. But there is only two cures for this disease, one confess to the person they love and the person they love returns their feelings. Or surgical remove to get rid of the infection, but there is a price. The victim will lose romantic's feeling for their love also disappear. Meaning never to fall in love again in life.
