3rd person POV
Y/N wakes up and shakes their head. They're sitting on a lily pad in the middle of a medium-small pond. They stood up and waddled off the lily pad, into the pond, and swam back out.
Water drips off them onto a walkway made of assorted pebbles, sliding to the grass. Y/N had been practicing their agility. It was really all they had to them, they weren't very strong, or even sizable. There were little to no people who matched them in speed.
Y/N grabbed a small, f/c (favorite color) backpack that was laying on their right, carefully slipping it over their white f/c tipped wings.
Taking a deep breath, Y/N ran as fast as they could to school, jumping over rocks, logs, and other ducks along the way.
When they finally arrived at school, they abruptly stopped and tripped. They quickly stood up and saw that there were a lot of ducks walking from stone pathways, as well as some of them getting dropped off by parents or buses. All the ducks were a color ranging from white to black(like, gray, white, black, slightly darker white, etc.) Y/N looked around one last time before nervously running into the school.
1st person POV
I'm glad this school has guiding arrows around it to help. Otherwise, I'd get lost pretty quickly. The moment I went into the school, I saw some of said arrows to help guide people, by a staircase. The red, left facing arrow said "Library, classrooms 1-10, Kindergarten." The right facing arrow said "Principal's office, classrooms 11-20, 1st grade." A sign above the stairs read "3rd, 4th, and 5th grade." I wondered where they had a gym for P.E., then remembered that it was outside. I'm in 5th grade, so I waddled up the stairs.
After getting up the stairs, I see a scene similar to the last. An arrow pointing to the left reads "Supply closet, classrooms 21-30, 3rd grade." The right facing one says "Counselor's office, classrooms 31-40, 4th grade." The sign above the stairs say "Classrooms 41-50, 5th grade." Why do the 5th graders have to do so much waddling? I went up the stairs, annoyed, before realizing I forgot to grab my class schedule from the principal like an idiot.
I jumped down the stairs, gently flapping my wings to keep from thudding on the floor. Once I got back to the first floor, I went to the principal's office.
The principal looked a bit strange, as their right half was white, and their left half was black. I've never seen a duck like that before. Maybe because I don't go out to places often. The principal handed me my schedule and I left, standing outside the door to look at the schedule.

FantasyYou are a duck, and you are going to a school. For ducks. Have fun, this book has no planning whatsoever. Edit: Did not expect to add an ending like that-
