(No POV)

Amber woke up. She was excited, as she and her friends were going to the beach together. She'd known Y/N, Ian, Crystal, and Joshua wouldn't be up for a little while, since it was still a bit dark outside, so she decided to spend the rest of the time before the trip to prepare the perfect things.

(Amber's POV)

I wanted my first beach trip with my new friends to be perfect, so I needed to find the right things. First, I need to find some good umbrellas and towels to set up. Some big umbrellas for shade and towels that won't get  gross and sandy would be good. I grabbed my magical, purple backpack with infinite storage ✨official Dora merchandise ✨and went to some nearby stores. I picked up 5 red and white umbrellas, 5 towels to rest on, and 5 more towels to dry ourselves off.

Next, some beach toys. There was a toy store near my house that I'd always go to for dolls, and I've seen beach toys in there. I went inside and grabbed a bunch of them. I think some buckets, shovels, rakes for tough sand, and one of those things that has a wheel that spins when you put water on top.

     Last, snacks and drinks. I don't know what qualifies as a good snack or drink for a beach trip, so I grabbed E V E R Y T H I N G. Chips, chocolates, candies, water, juice, and just...S T U F F.

Now that I had everything, I went to the playground we agreed to meet at.

(Y/N's POV)

I woke up, checking the clock beside me. It was 7:50. Amber planned for us to meet at 8:00, so I hurried and started flying to the playground. It was close to the homes of Amber and her friends, but farther from me. It was also close to the beach we planned to meet at, though.

Once I got there, they were all waiting for me. "All right, are we ready to go!?" Amber yells. Everyone nods, and we all started flying towards the beach. The fly there was pretty calm, just looking around at the nature and playing Eye Spy.

At the beach, it wasn't too crowded. Most ducks stayed home from going out a lot, or had jobs at stores. We were able to goof around, splashing each other with water I used sand  ;evil smirk; and building sand castles. We each took turns burying each other in the sand. Once it was my turn, it was very uncomfortable. Sand in the feathers, O W. Burying ducks in sand is tiring, so after everyone's turn, we washed off in the ocean and took a break. Everyone had some beverages and snacks. I had f/s(favorite snack) and f/d(favorite drink).

We decided we had enough of playing in the ocean, and finished up with a sandball fight. Me and Amber teamed, Crystal and Joshua teamed, while Ian was alone. "Hey, why do I have to be on my own? Why don't I get a partner?" Ian complains while we all build walls. "Eh, I think we all just like you the least," Joshua shrugs. "Agreed," I say. "Hey!" Ian whines. "Oh, shut up," Amber says, throwing a sandball. We all start throwing sandballs at each other, trying not to get hit. At the end, me and Amber had the best condition wall, and the least sand on our feathers.

After, we all start washing off and helping Amber pack. Once done, we all head home. I had a quick bar of seeds before flopping onto my lilypad and resting.
