The Forgotten Prince

Part 35

Theo's Pov.

Walking through the woods with Murphy still holding my body weight against his, I hear fighting in front of us and know the others have already reached the village.

As we or well, I stumble forward. I suddenly hear a loud siren, and soon Clarke's voice fills my ears. 

"The world we know is ending again. We have 5 minutes to leave and head into space." Clarke's voice says, and my eyes widen.

"You've got to be fucking kidding me" I groan out as Murphy starts to walk faster. As he's practically dragging me trough the trees the siren keeps going and blood keeps pouring out my body.

"Murphy, leave me" I groan out, it's to far he won't make it dragging me along with him.

"I'm not leaving you behind," Murphy bites my way as he drags me faster with him .

"Just go" I groan out as my knees give up underneath me and I crash into the ground.

"Your my friend" Murphy says as he somehow throws my body over his shoulder and starts to walk to the ship. 

"It's alright," I groan after a minute as I notice him having trouble keeping my body up.

"3 minutes till impact," a voice says through the speaker.

"Murphy, just go," I yell, and soon we crash into the ground again . Releasing a pained groan, Murphy puts his arms under my armpits and starts to drag me over the forest floor.

"Why are you so heavy?" Murphy says, and I release a pained chuckle.

"Murphy," I hear a voice yell, and soon Monty and Harper run our way.

"Help me lift him," Murphy yells to them, and soon I feel Monty and Murphy both drag me in the direction of the ship.

"2 minutes till impact," the voice one again says, and they increase their pace.

"Leave me behind," I groan out as my eyes become heavier by the second.

"You are King Theo Kom Azgeda, brother of Lexa Kom Trikru and son of Roan Kom Azgeda . This is not your end ." Murphy bites my way as he even increases his pace.

"Y-you forgot, friend of Murphy Kom Skaikru. " I mumble out as I fight my hardest to keep my eyes open, I've lost too much blood they should have left me behind and get themselves safe. 

"1 minute till impact," the voice says, and the two men practically start running as they drag me along with them.

"We are almost there," Harper yells, and my eyes once again close for a couple of seconds.

"I'm not leaving them behind." I hear somebody yell, but my vision is failing me in this moment.

"20 seconds," the speaker says once again.

"Help us," I hear Murphy yell, but my eyes don't want to open anymore .

Feeling more hands on my body, I feel  my body being dropped on metal, and a groan leaves my lips.

"Close the door now," I hear. I think Clarke yells, and after that, everything goes black.

Releasing a pained groan, I blink my eyes open and immediately close them again as the bright light shines into my eyes .

"Theo," I hear Clarke, and when my eyes blink open again, I come face to face with the blonde.

"I must be in  what they call heaven." I groan out as I slowly sit up.

"You need rest," Clarke breathes out as she tries to push me back, but I take her hand and give her a small smile .

"We both know I don't listen to that." I say with a small smile as I hang my legs over the edge of the bed.
