Theo's Pov.

We've been here for a couple of days, Clarke right now is talking to the radio again . And I'm well looking around the place in hopes of finding something we could possibly use.

Walking through the small town, I let my eyes wander over the buildings, I let the sounds of the birds fill my ears. And I'm just so glad we found this. It was the right moment Clarke was over it, and so was I. Roaming around through the dead lands with no food and water was just becoming too much.

I'm just happy we are here together. Sure, I was ready to die, but being here with Clarke, I don't know it brings peace to me. It's like the monster inside of me fell asleep. I don't mind showing this side of me to her, because well, it's just the two of us, not really anyone around to see us.

A part of me wishes Roan was here with me, but he's dead, and I hope whatever afterlife there is, he's alteast at peace. He deserved a second chance Roan was a good man also haunted, but there was a lot of good in him. He should have let me fight that day, but he said it was his duty as king. I just miss him, to be honest.

Taking a deep breath, I walk back over to the wooden table me and Clarke normally sit, and my eyes furrow as I don't see the blonde.

"Clarke?" I say in a louder voice, but I get no response. Letting my eyes dart round the place, I start to run towards the house we've been staying in, and I practically run through the door.

"Clarke," I yell as I see the girl pass out on the counter with a pool of blood. Running over to her, I try to find her pulse, and a sigh leaves my lips when I find it .

"Cla-" I start, but something hard hits the back of my head, and I feel my eyes roll to the back of my head as I fall on the floor and everything goes black.

"Theo," Clarke whispers, and she harsly grabs my cheeks. Blinking my eyes open, a small groan leaves my lips.

"What happened?" I ask Clarke, but she hides behind the counter. Crouching over to her, I give her a quistiong look, but she just signals me to shut up . Seeing Clarke grab ahold of a wrench, I quirk my brow  but decide to just keep quiet.

What the hell is going on right now. Clarke's leg and me getting knocked out. Wait, there's someone here ?

"Clarke's what's going on." I whisper as the blonde's eyes keep frantically moving around the windows.

"She took our stuff." Clarke states, and a frown makes its way on my face.

"Who?" I whisper as I scoot closer to her.

"This kid, she's a Natblida. That's how she survived." Clarke whispers back, but her eyes keep moving over the windows.

"She did that?" I whisper as I point to her leg, and the girl gives me a small nod.

"She's close. Just stay silent." Clarke whispers, and I put my hands up in defeat.

"I could handle a goufa, just saying." I mumble, and Clarke jabs my rips to make my shut up.

After hours of sitting quietly behind the counter, I'm finally fed up with it . The sun is rising, and I'm not gonna get locked up in here by some child.

Standing up, I look around and don't see anything. "Theo get down." Clarke whispers yells, but I just roll my eyes at her.

"I'm not scared of a Goufa. " I state as I pick Clarke bridal style up.

"Let's get your leg cleaned up ." I say as I walk us out of the home and start to walk towards the water.

Walking out of the treeline onto the small rocks, my eyes widen at the girl standing in the water with a spear.
