Chapter - 12

(Y/N pov)

I woke up the next morning, still feeling bitter, as I walk out carol, who is cooking breakfast hands me a plate and I thank her and walk over to the Grimes family, I see carl is almost finished and i ask him

"you still hungry" he nods his head, i give him a quater of my food, I turn to look at lori and she's nearly done too, so I look around and make sure no one is looking and scrap another quarter onto lori plate only to have both rick and lori look a my in confusion and before either of them can argue

" dont even bother, i know" I say, earning a nod from both rick and lori I sat down and starting eating what was left on my plate for the corner on my eye I see Glenn get up and look at the group, he looks really nervous

"Um, guys." He starts gaining everyone attention " so... the barns full of walkers " he finishes, everyone stops what they were doing, except me i finish my breakfast since I missed out on dinner last night,  after I finish, everyone else seem to have snapped out of the shock they were in, everyone makes there way down to the barn, and of course office physio has to investigate, after hes done he walk back to the group with a Macho Man walk while scoffing and anger radiating off him, while saying

"You cannot tell me you're all right with this"

"Not, im not, but we're guests her. This is not our land" rick retorts still looking at the barn

"God, this is our live!" Shane shouts

"Lower your voice" Glenn whisper yells

"We can't just sweep this under the rug" Andrea pipes up

"It ain't right not remotely" T-dog said

" We've either got to go in there, we've got to make things right or we've just got to go" Shane says while pacing, coming to a stop he looks at rick "Now we have been talking about Fort Benning for a long time" now this perks my interest, he want to leave even though we haven't found carols daughter

"We can't go" rick argues back

"Why, rick? Why?" Shane says not caring, this is really passing me off

"Because carols daughter is still out there." I say annoyed

'Okay, okay, I think its time that we all start to just consider the other possibility" Shane said, wow for someone who use to be and officer he lacks compassion, now I'm starting to understand alot of things

"Shane, we're not leaving sophia behind" Rick says pissed at his friend, before I can say anything Daryl steps in

"I'm close to finding this girl, I just found her damm doll two days ago." Shane starts laughing a bit as if what Daryl said was a joke

"You found her doll, Daryl.  That's what you did. You found a doll" Shane says making Daryl

" Hey!, He's done alot more that your have" I say getting up in shanes face

"What did you say to me" he said trying to intimidate me but it didn't work

" you heard me" I say in a threating tone, both of us staring the other one down

"Hey! That's enough the pair of you" rick says, separating me and Shane still glaring at each other

" you don't know what the hell you're talking about" Daryl said getting anger at Shane

"I'm just saying what needs to be said. You get a good lead its in the first 48 hours" Shane starts while ricks trying to shut him up, if only he would have kept his mouth shut " let me tell you something else,man. If she was alive out there and saw you coming all methed out with your buck knife and geek ears around your neck, she would run in the other direction" well that just sent me off the rails
