As they drew closer to their destination, the cabin Tobias had previously mentioned gradually appeared. The state of the structure was precisely how he had depicted it: in disarray, with broken windows and a garden that seemed to have been abandoned for some time. The sound of the waterfall nearby was so loud that it seemed to drown out all other noises, completely immersing them in the awe-inspiring power of the natural world.

"We have finally arrived at the cabin by the waterfall. Let us proceed with our search without any further delay," Eren stated while glancing over at Tobias, hoping there were no more surprises in store. "Unless, of course, you have deceived us once again?" His eyes glinted crimson, and his jaw tightened in frustration, indicating his temper was escalating.

"I assure you that every word I have spoken has been truthful,I believe Venus is currently located within the confines of that cabin. Unfortunately, however, I cannot be sure of her well-being." Eren gave Tobias a stern look, still not trusting him.

"Very well then... show me..." Unflinching determination, he unsheathed his sword and strode purposefully into the dilapidated cabin. It was clear that time had not been kind to the structure, as it was utterly disrepair and devoid of any signs of life. The roof was in a sorry state, with rainwater seeping in and causing the walls to become damp and covered in mold. The pervasive stench of decay hung heavy in the air, lending an eerie atmosphere to the already foreboding scene. Despite the dismal conditions, Eren persisted in his search for any indication of your whereabouts.

As the group of men remained in silence, faint and muffled whimpers could be heard emanating from a nearby room that was securely locked. With his hand held high, Eren attentively listened to the noise that filled the cabin.

With a flash of intensity in his eyes, he forcefully kicked the door open and stormed into the room, brandishing his sword in hand. He bellowed out a command to reveal themselves as he scanned the area with a glance. Suddenly, his eyes widened in shock, and his jaw tightened in response to what he saw. A small gasp slipped past his lips as he recognized the person before him. "V-Venus...!" he uttered, barely able to contain his surprise.

You lay chained to the wall. Your body was bloody, cuts and bruises toppled upon one another, but you were alive and breathing. The moment Eren saw you in that state, anger rose inside him again, he wanted more than anything to kill Tobias for what he had done to you, but the time and place were not right; he had to get you out first and then kill him. He would do whatever it took to save you now. He rushed to your side and tried to free you from the chains; he was frantic.

"Venus!... hold on!" He yelled as he worked to free her.

You looked over at Eren and smiled. "you came..." His whole face lit up with joy the moment you spoke.

"I would never leave you..." He said in a soft tone as he kept trying to free you. He would do anything to keep you safe. "I'm bringing you home Venus..." Tears began to fall from his eyes as they filled with joy. "I swear I will never let anyone hurt you again... I will protect you... always..."The captain knelt to you and smiled, then nodded to Eren.

"Allow me" With that, the captain took his heavy-set sword and smashed the chains setting you free.

The moment the chains were gone, Eren lifted you into his arms. he was sobbing; all the pain and suffering you had gone through was gone. You were safe. There was nothing more at that moment that mattered. All other thoughts completely vanished from his mind as tears formed in his eyes.

"You're safe now Venus. " He said with an audible sob. "God, I am so sorry." Tobias scoffed at the sight.

"My end of the deal is done now you keep yours. I flee and keep my life." Eren gave Tobias a sickening smile. He knew he couldn't let him go. Tobias was the man who had abused you... he was the very man who had done all this evil to you... he needed his head. The moment the man said what he said, Eren's eye's flashed a blood-red glow once more, he stepped forward and reached out with his hand as his eyes narrowed and the grip on his sword tightened.

"Why should I keep my end of the deal?" He asked in a dark tone with a malicious smile on his face. He was about to end this man's life. The captain smirked at the prince.

"Shall I place him back in the dungeons when we arrive back to eldia?"

"That... that's a wonderful idea..." His voice had a sarcastic tone, and there was a twisted smile on his face as he stared down the general. His heart was filled with a mixture of joy and rage. "Lock him in the dungeon right after we get back to Eldia." He ordered in a cold tone. "He better hope no one finds out the horrors he put Venus though... otherwise, he could be on the chopping block next."

"Lets make it a public ordeal your highness.. public execution." The captain stated Tobias was visibly shocked as the guards who were present with them placed him in chains. Eren chuckled... a twisted smile forming on his face.

"A public execution for a monster?... that's actually even better... people will get to see his head roll on a stake." His voice was filled with cruelty and malice. The captain wore a smile as he commanded the guards to march Tobias away. Tobias cried out in pain and protest as he was escorted back to Eldia. You watched as Tobias was taken away. He caught your glance and a smirk lay printed on your face. You had won this fight and Tobias knew it. Your smirk turned devilish but soon disappeared as your body continued to shiver from the cold. Eren remained in place, clutching your body and gazing down at her. Eventually, you met his gaze, your face happy but solemn.

"Thank you..."

"You're welcome Venus..." You were tired. Beaten and tired all you could do was give him a nod and fell asleep right into his arms. You finally felt safe. Eren looked down at you, he smiled slightly and began to walk out of the cabin. The first steps back to Eldia had been taken, but there was still much work to be done. Though it all seemed worth it when he looked down to see your sleeping face. He wrapped his cloak around your body. You were innocent, sweet, and beautiful. Tobias hurt you in such a way that made Eren sick, but he knew this was how the world he lived in worked. It was a man's world, and you were but a simple woman, or so he thought.
