Today, miraculously, my teacher was unable to come to class, granting me the evening free. I seized the opportunity and made my way to the church. One of the topics that was discussed resonated deeply with me—it revolved around the concept of habits.
Habits have a hereditary nature and are transmitted from one generation to another.
Unfavourable habits tend to cling to us more strongly than positive ones.
Our thoughts gradually transform into habits, and these habits ultimately shape our identities.
I find myself having lost many beneficial habits while adopting negative ones from those around me.
We often assimilate the habits of others in order to feel included. However, why not allow others to adopt our positive habits as well?
Why not strive to become the best version of ourselves and initiate change through our own habits?
They say: "Be the change you want to see"...so let's do that...let's develop new good, healthy habits and make others adopt them in the hope that there will be a change...
What are your habits? How good are they actually for you?
