We Have All That We Need..

After Taiga's mom stated that they'd have 3 marriages, Jun'ichi then suggested that they all feast for the celebration.
As Taiga's parents & their fiancés sat around the table, Jun'ichi started distributing plates & chopsticks for each person then Taiga said "We Actually Can't Stay Because Ryūji Has Some Things He Needs To Take Care Of At Home" as her face was bright as if nothing was bothering her. Ryūji's eyes widened slightly as he heard her use him as an excuse to leave releasing a quick mumbled "Uh" & side eye in the process.

She continued.
Taiga: I'm Going To Finish Getting Packed Then We'll Leave.

Aya: Ohh. That's Okay Taiga If It's Something That Really Needs Attending To. We Really Wished You Could Be Apart Of This Though. It's A Very Big Shared Moment In All Our Lives.

Rikurou: Taiga, Let Me Come Help You

Taiga: No That's Okay. We'll Be Quick.

Taiga preceded to walk upstairs to her room with Ryūji tailing behind her step by step. When they made it to the room, Taiga continued packing her suitcase then Ryūji entered & asked "Taiga How Come You Shut Your Parents Down Like That?"

Taiga: Forget About It Ryuji, You Need To Focus. We Didn't Come Here To Stay and Chit Chat. And Yasuko Will Be Home Soon, You Need To Make Sure Dinner Is Prepared By Then.

Ryūji: I Still Think You Should Make Atleast A Little Time For Your Family. I Mean, They're The Ones Handling The Weddings.

Taiga continued packing her last suitcase as if she'd gone deaf not giving Ryūji any response.

Ryūji: Taiga? Are You Even Listening!?

Taiga: I've Spent More Than Enough Time With Them Both. It's Time I Have Some Free Time To Spend With You Don't You Think? She stated as she zipped up her suitcase.
"You Gonna Help Me Or What?" She asked as she grabbed a suitcase & exited the room.  Ryūji grabbed the other two & they strolled downstairs & said their goodbyes to everyone.

They headed for the train station & hopped on the first train going to their destination. On the train Ryūji asked "You Gonna Tell Me What's Going On Now?"

Taiga sighed then said "Ryūji, Don't You Dare Laugh At Me!" As she glared at him with a serious face.
Ryūji: No I Would Never!

As she started to vent, she turned her head back, looking straight infront her staring at the floor of the train. She didn't seem too uncomfortable when she vented to him, her voice & face were only bummed out with a sad little expression.

Taiga: I Just Don't Like The Fact Of My Parents Still Being Divorced. The Main Reason I Went Back Was To, Y'Know,"Fix" Things, The Right Way... The Way Things Were. I Didn't Just Want Us To Make Amends, But I'd Tried My Best To Bring My Mom And Dad Closer, That's Why They're So Close Now... I Wanted Us To Be A Normal Family Again, Together!

Ryūji: ( All She Ever Really Wanted Was Just A Normal Life) Oh But... What Makes Something Normal? Just Because You See Everyone Else Doing It? I Think You Should Look At The Silver Lining...They're Together.. And They're Happy.. And They Get To Come To Our Wedding.. We Get To Do This Fair And Square Like We Wanted.. We've Even Gotten Their Blessings.

Taiga's face drowned in realization.

Ryūji: The Way I See It.. It's Even Better This Way.. They Actually Go To Our Wedding Together And Bring Someone That They Hold Deep To Their Hearts Also. We Get To Share The Happiest Day Of Our Lives With Everyone Taiga.. That's Why... I Think You Did A Really Good Job Making Up With Your Parents And Bringing Them Closer.

Taiga's face lit up as she smiled & blushed at him

she then looked back down infront her on the floor of the train, & smiled & said "Ryūji... Thanks.... For Everything."
