FREEN'S POV

My mother and I had moved to Chidlom for about three months now. I wanted a fresh start. I wanted to get away from everything.

It's been a year since the Break-Up. Although we acted like we were still together in public, that ended three months ago immediately after which I moved to Chidlom.

I wasn't comfortable pretending to still be in a relationship with Becky when I was actually no longer with her and so I posted our breakup on Twitter and unfollowed her social media accounts.

It hurts me to be around her and to pretend, but Becky didn't mind being around me, liking my social media posts and commenting on them.

Of course I'd have to reply to her comment pretentiously but I wanted all the pretence to stop.

She was quite okay with the arrangement of still pretending to be lovers, which was kind of shocking.

It was as if she still wanted to be around me. Maybe she misses us being friends.

I was always afraid that our relationship would ruin our friendship and I was right about that.

Maybe she just missed her best friend but I still couldn't bring myself to forgive her for the way she hurt me.

The shooting of  "WHAT IS WRONG IS RIGHT" was about to start and I was one of the cast.

The first day of filming was when I Met the entire cast members for the first time. And that was when I saw her for the first time, KAO CAMPEN.

I didn't notice her at first. She was playing the lead role alongside me in the film.

The series "WHAT IS WRONG IS RIGHT" talks about a girl who returns home from abroad after 10 years and falls in love with her brothers fiancee who was actually her crush back when she was still young and in Thailand.

I was playing the role of the fiancee while Kao was playing the sister from abroad.

Like I said, I didn't notice her neither did our paths cross. She only reported on the first day of shooting but never came after that.

She came on set after a week, to act out her scene which was the last scene of the first episode. That was her return from abroad.

Kao was a very lively person. She made filming onset fun. She was joyful and brightens up the place whenever she was around.

She was an extrovert who easily made friends with everyone on the set and made everyone like her including me.

And for the first time in a long time, my world which had become an empty dried up place, was finally having life again when I was on set.

My relationship with Kao was strictly professional. It wasn't anything like that of Becky and I. God I miss Becky so much. No matter what I did, Becky was still in my heart.

Deeper into the filming of  WHAT IS WRONG IS RIGHT, kao and I became closer onset. We were really good friends. I mean there is no denying that Kao's company was the best.

Kao and I have been working together for almost months now and three episodes of the series has already been released which was a huge success.

I was invited for a talk show back at home which I attended. Several questions were asked some about Becky and why our relationship ended.

I posted my break up with Becky on Twitter and unfollowed her on social media accounts but I never told the public the reason for our breakup.

Becky also kept quiet about the entire break up and so no one actually knew why we broke up.

It's been a year since Becky and I broke up but to the public, it has only been four months and so "FREENBECKY"  fans still wanted to know what led to our breakup.

I didn't answer any questions pertaining my past relationship with Becky because it would hurt me to talk about it.

And so I ignored some of the questions and covered others up by talking about something else.

Being the two lead characters in WHAT IS WRONG IS RIGHT, Kao and I were really close.

People believed that Kao and I were dating because of our closeness.

The pictures and videos made together and also because we were onscreen lovers made people start thinking of the possibility of us being real life lovers too.

Many questions pertaining to Kao were asked during the talk show mostly about if we were dating or not.

I only said that we were good friends. I talked about her and how she was fun to be around.

I talked about she being the funniest person I've ever met and about her having a heart of diamond.

I talked about all the times we spent together and how it was really wonderful and special.

I was lost talking about Kao when the Host called me out on it telling me that I have been talking about her all through the show.

"it was like talking about your best friend or someone whom you're always around or always thinking about" he said

He asked me again just to be sure if Kao and I are dating and I told him that we were not dating but that we were good friends.

After the show, I went backstage and was surprised by Kao who came to see me all the way from Chidlom.

We walked out of the arena and were greeted by so many fans and the host of others.

They were expecting to see just me and were surprised to see Kao by my side.

We both waved to the fans as she placed a hand over my shoulders.

Many were screaming "Are you two dating?"

"Answer us, tell us the truth.
Are you two lovers?
did you leave Becky for her?
were you cheating on Becky with her?"

And so many other questions like that but I didn't say anything and just walked to my car with Kao right by my side.
