Scarlett’s POV
“I never did check on you after what happened that night.” Sam says. “You were the one in the hospital bed. We were just sixteen. I remember I had gotten my driver's license that day.” I say. “Yeah you were coming over to surprise me I remember.” She says with a smile. “I knew your dad was abussive but I’d never seen it till that night.” I tell her. “Yeah I’m sorry I..” She starts but I cut her off. “No, no you have nothing to apologize for.” I tell her and she just nods for me to continue.
Flashback
Oh she’s going to be so happy that I passed. I wouldn't have if it weren’t for her help. I get out of the car and I hear Laura screaming something so I run to the door and let myself in. “Marcus stop you’re going to  kill her!” Laura screams as I see Marcus Sam’s dad beating the hell out of her and I’m frozen. “HER? NO! (punch) THEIR! (punch) NOT! (punch) A! (punch) GIRL! (punch) THEIR! (punch) A! (punch) FREAK! (punch)!” He screams non of them noticing me. Then Marcus picks her up but the collar of her t-shirt and slams her into the wall so hard that she goes through it. “LOOK WHAT YOU’VE DONE! NOW THERE’S A HOLE IN THE WALL!” Marcus yells his voice breaking due to the volume of his voice. She is on the floor and he starts kicking her over and over again. “PLEASE STOP!” She pleads. “DAD STOP AGH DAD!” She yells out again. “NO I TOLD YOU NOT TO LET THE JOHANSSONS KNOW ABOUT YOU BEING A FREAK! IF KARSTEN CALLS AND TELLS ME WE AREN’T GOING TO BE BUSNISS PARTNERS ANYMORE! YOU WILL WISH THAT YOU WERE NEVER BORN. YOU PIECE OF SHIT!!!” He screams. “LEAVE HER ALONE!!” I scream at the top of my lungs. “Scarlett, this is a family matter, you need to go home ok.” Marcus says in a quieter tone. “No.” I tell him clearly, making him angry. He reels his fist back and I close my eyes and brace for the impact but it never comes. I open my eyes and Sam is in front of me. “DON’T YOU FUCKING DARE LAY A HAND ON HER!!” Sam yells in a threatening tone. Marcus throws a punch knocking her down. “Sam come on let’s go I’ll take you to the E.R.” I tell her and she nods. “IF YOU GO OUT THAT DOOR SAMANTHA DON’T COME BACK!” Marcus yells. “She won’t.” I state and she looks at me weird. I get her in the passenger's side of the car and her right eye is swollen shut. “Thank you.” Sam says holding her arm. Her white shirt was covered in blood. “You aren’t going back there. You are going to stay with us.” I tell her.
End of Flashback
“I remember Adrian and Vanessa went to my parents place to get my things.” Sam says after I finish telling her my part of the story. “You wrote that song in the E.R while we waited to get you to x-ray.” I state. “Yeah. I might have died that night if you weren’t there.” Sam tells me. “I didn’t know you saw that much.” She adds. “I didn’t really know how to talk to you about it or  how to bring it up.” I explain. “Yeah it’s not really everyday type of conversation.” She says. “When he threw you into that wall I-I-I thought he was going to kill you.” I  say through tears. “Well he didn’t and you got me out of there. I haven’t talked to or seen my parents since that night. And honestly I don’t plan to.” She tells me. “I don’t blame you for not wanting to see them.” I tell her. “I’m sorry you had to see that but thank you for saving me.” She tells me. “I couldn’t let you go back there knowing he was going to hurt you.” I tell her.

Sam’s POV
We are back on set. I’m glad Scarlett opened up to me the other night. Melanie went back to New York. They are currently filming a battle scene and Scarlett looks amazing in her Black widow suit. I might get in trouble with MARVEL but I don’t care. I have got to post this.

[@ScarlettJohansson: I don’t need paparazzi with me at home too]

“They're going to ban you from coming if you don’t stop with the pictures.” Scarlett says. “No actually can you keep it up, it's good press for the movie.” Kevin Fige says coming up to us. “An excuse to take pictures of the goddess I have as a girlfriend, yes please.” I say making them laugh. “Ok Scarlett breaks over, we need you back on set.” Kevin says, looking at his watch. “Go be the amazing actress you are, Baby.” I tell her giving her a kiss. “You have lipstick on you now.” She smiles. “Eh, it's worth it.” I shrug before she heads back to set.
