NAKANGITING YUMAKAP SI Candy sa asawang si Leif at hinalikan ito sa labi. Agad namang tumugon si Leif at yumakap sa kanya

"Hey! No PDA!"

Hindi pinansin ni Candy ang sumigaw at patuloy lang na nakipag-halikan sa asawa

"Get a room!"

Binitawan ni Candy ng labi ni Leif at hinaplos ang pisngi ng asawa "I missed you so much, Leif"

"I missed you too, love"

Napangiti si Candy at muling hinalikan si Leif "I have so much to tell you"

"That can wait. I want to go home"

Lumawak ang ngiti ni Candy at tinignan si Justine "Sorry, Kuya. I'll just pay because I taint your eyes"

"You shouldn't do that. This man is your ex" sabi ni Justine

"He's my husband now" sabi nya at niyakap ang isang braso kay Leif "And we're gonna go now. Bye, I'll see you when I see you!"

Hinila na ni Candy si Leif paalis at agad silang sumakay ng elevator. Sinandal ni Candy si Leif sa dingding ng elevator at agad na sinakop ang labi nito. Napangiti naman si Leif at yumakap sa bewang nya

"Miss me that much, love?"

Tumango lang sya at patuloy na hinalikan si Leif. Tumunog bigla ang elevator kaya naghiwalay sila at inayos ni Candy ang sarili

"You're a one mischievous woman, love" bulong ni Leif at bahagyang kinagat ang tenga nya

Mahina namang natawa si Candy at nginitian si Nurse Abby na katabi lang nila sa elevator

"Hi, Doc Candy"

Ngumiti si Candy at inabutan ito ng chocolate na candy "Here, you're gonna need that" sabi nya at hinila na palabas si Leif dahil nasa ground floor na sila

"You still have candies in your pocket?"

Nilabas ni Candy ang ilang piraso ng candy sa bulsa "Of course, I need my energy while I'm away from you"

"I'm your source of energy?"

Ngumisi si Candy "Your body, love"

"Oh yeah, you're just after my body. I remember now"

Natawa si Candy at agad na hinalikan si Leif pagkapasok nila ng kotse

"Love, we need to go home..." hinawakan ni Leif ang likod ng ulo nya at mas pinalalim ang halikan nilang dalawa

Kumapit si Candy sa kwelyo ng damit ni Leif at binitawan ang labi ni Leif "Let's go home"

Bumuntong hininga si Leif at pinaandar ang kotse. Nakangiting pinagmasdan naman ni Candy ang asawa na paminsan-minsan ay sumusulyap sa kanya

"Why are you looking at me like that?" tanong ni Leif

"Nothing. I just missed you"

Hinawakan ni Leif ang isang kamay nya at hinalikan ang likod nun. Natawa si Candy sa ginawa ni Leif at napailing "That's so cheesy"

Ngumiti lang si Leif at tumingin sa daan "How's your flight?"

"I slept like a baby on the plane, so I still have energy all night"

"You're so naughty, Candy"

"Naughty Candy huh?" nakangising sabi nya at umayos ng upo "I'll show you how naughty I am, Leif Martinez. I'll surely rock your world"

MALALIM NA BUMUNTONG HININGA si Candy at dinamba ng yakap si Leif. Napahiga si Leif sa couch dahil sa ginawa nya "Tired, love?"

Tumango si Candy "Kuya Justine found out that Ate Evelyn is a Princess"

"A Princess? Like an actual Princess?"

"Yeah, the revelation drained me. Ate Evelyn was so stressed, she was rushed to the hospital. She had a spotting"

"Is she okay?"

"Yeah, she's stable. The baby is okay. Ate Devon was there to help"

"Devon is home?"

"Yes. The stage is set now that many cover was blown" sabi nya at tinignan si Leif "Mine will be blown too, sooner or later"

"What why?"

"It's an order. I need to get into their meetings. The bosses meeting so I can fish information" sabi nya

"This is so wrong in so many ways" sabi ni Leif "Being a spy, especially they're your friends and colleagues"

"I have to do it, whatever it takes, whatever it cost. That's cruel but that's reality. You need to use, deceive and pretend in this line of work. And if already baited them, you need to work on their trust for a plan to success" sabi nya at pinatong ang baba sa dibdib ni Leif

"Your job is too risky and dangerous, Candy. You can hurt others, you might hurt your friends"

Napabuntong hininga si Candy sa sinabi ni Leif "I'm aware of that. But a job is a job. I'm maybe cruel to say this but they're my job. They're part of it"

"But the original plan is for them to be safe at all times"

"I know that but everybody is getting desperate. Using them a pawn can divert those assholes attention" sabi nya at umayos na ng upo "I need to rest, Leif. May dinner na ba?"

"Yeah, in the kitchen. I'll prepare it for you" sabi nito at nagtungo sa kusina

Sumunod naman si Candy kay Leif at nakita nya itong nilalagay ng niluto nitong sinigang na baboy sa microwave

Yumakap si Candy kay Leif mula sa likod at bumuntong hininga "Are you bothered with my job, Leif?"

"I'm worried what will others think of you. They might think of you as a bad friend, if your plan continues" sabi nito

"If being bad is needed, I will gladly do it just to keep them safe"

"This war will end if the Queen shows up"

"This war will never end even if the Queen shows up, Leif. We're deceiving everyone to make our plan work. If we captured those bastards, it will be a victory"

"Is Brianna back?"

"Yes, thanks to you. Without your connection we wouldn't be able to help her" sabi nya at natigilan "Wait a minute. How did you had that connection in Sweden?"

"I have friends here and there, Candy. And beside Prince Xyrus also helped"

"I'm glad that she's back. Silver suffered enough, it's been months"

"He's not your friend anymore" sabi nya

"Still I consider him as my friend"

Bumuntong hininga si Candy at tumingkayad para halikan ang batok ni Leif "I love you, Leif"

"I love you more, Candy"

"I will just call someone"

"Sure"

Lumabas si Candy ng kusina at nagtungo sa garden. Kinuha ni Candy ang cellphone at tinawagan si Blake

(Yes, Lady Cel?)

"Is your men ready?"

(Yeah, they are on standby)

"Good. Capture me tomorrow in front of the hospital"

(But enemies are already coming in your way. They might get killed, Lady Cel)

"Blake, I'm not called a skilled assassin for nothing. I'll make sure to play with them before they shoot their shots. I'm the Queen after all"
