"I can't believe that you're married" sabi ni Felix
Nginitian nya lang ang kaibigan
"There's no possibility that we will come back alive, Candy. You're gonna break him" sabi ni Phoenix
"I'll trust the 20% chance that we will be alive after this then I'll run back to him" sabi nya at tinignan ang singsing nya "this is selfishness and craziness but Leif is mine. He's mine since they day I saw him"
Bumuntong hininga si Phoenix at napailing "20% is very low. We can't risk it"
"We're already here, Phoenix. We can't go back. If that 20% is the only chance, I will risk it and I will come back alive, mark my word"

Tumayo na sya at lumabas ng kotse. Tinignan nya ang paparating na eroplano
"How's the first plane, by the way?"
"Sumabog. Good thing, we were able to control it without a pilot" sabi ni Felix
"How?" takang tanong nya
"It's computer generated. Advanced technology" sabi ni Phoenix
Tumango-tango sya at pinagkrus ang braso saka sila pumasok sa eroplano. Oras ang lumipas at lumilipad na ng eroplano sa ere
Tinanggal ni Candy ang seatbelt saka tumayo. Nagtungo sya sa bar kung saan naroon si Phoenix at umupo sa stool na katabi nito
"You want something to drink?"
Umiling sya at pinagkrus ang braso "I'm just wondering..."
"Wondering?"
"Kung anong mangyayari satin doon. I'm scared to be honest"
"I can see. We may not make it but like you said, let's trust the 20% possiblity" sabi nito at ngumiti
Bumuntong hininga sya at ngumiti
"Ahh Candy..."
"Hmm?"
"Do you love Martinez?"
Nilingon nya si Phoenix "Yes, I love him"
Tumango-tango si Phoenix "Good choice"
Napakurap sya sa sinabi nito "What do you mean?"
"Did you know he stayed clean when you two broke up before? Kahit pa sinaktan mo sya, he didn't slept with anyone" sabi nito "I investigated him"
"Why did you do that?"
"To make sure that he's worthy of your love" sabi nito
"Pag-uusapan ba ulit natin 'to, Phoenix?"
"No, I made peace with the fact that you will never see me the way you see Martinez. I'm good, I'm just double-checking" sabi ni Phoenix
Nginitian nya si Phoenix at niyakap "Someday, you will find the right person for you. Yung mamahalin at tatanggapin ka ng buong-buo"
