(Nico's P.O.V.)

I walked down the busy roads of Manhattan. Chiron had let us leave the camp for a day, which he never does.

Instead of shadow traveling somewhere fun or being alone, I decided to hang out with my wonderful Boyfriend. He picked a movie that we can see in the movie theater. Of course, it was one of his Star Wars movies that he likes.

I ignored everyone around me. Finally, I made it to the movie theater, where Will was standing outside waiting for me. I had to go to the bank to pull out money for the movie. Thankfully, my father had given me money for the mortal world a few years ago. He was the Roman god of riches so I had plenty of money.

"Hi, Nico," Will said.

I smiled at the sight of him. His shaggy blond hair was in his face, his sky blue eyes peeking through. He had cargo shorts on, even though it was the middle of January and the snow just melted off the road a few days ago.

He grabbed my hand, and we walked in. I ordered the tickets, and then we went to the counter to get candy.

"What kind do you want?" I asked.

"I'll take the whoppers," he said.

I ended up with the skittles, and we walked over to get popcorn. Will doused it with butter.

"I thought you didn't like all this sugar," I said.

"I love sugar," Will smiled. "Just at moderate amounts."

I laughed. "That's not a moderate amount."

"Shh, don't tell anyone. Kayla would kill me if she found out."

We sat down, and Will gripped my hand. "I love you," he said.

"I love you too," I said, tears forming in my eyes. That's the first time he's ever told me that.

From behind me I heard, "You had to do that in front of our kids? They don't need to hear any of that."

I ignored it. I don't need any negative thoughts filling me up.

A few minutes later I heard someone getting up. Then, I felt someone tap me on the shoulder. I turned to see a girl about 13.

"I'm sorry for my parents," she said. "They think they're 'protecting us.' They aren't smart sometimes."

"It's fine," I smiled.

"To be honest, I think you two are pretty cute together."

Will laughed, and I realized he was listening to our conversation. "You have no idea how cute Nico is."

The Star Wars theme started playing, and Will turned his face towards the screen.

I didn't pay complete attention to the movie. It was funny to see Will's expressions throughout it.

When the movie was over, Will gripped my hand.

We walked back to Camp half blood, and I listened to Will complaining about the movie so much, saying that something would never happen, and this one guy should be with this other character.

When we got back to Camp half blood, I flopped down on my bed. I had talked to way to many people today.

I just wanted to say, this part was inspired by me asking a friend for a random word.

(The word was war. How did this happen?)
