Chapter 33

Venisse's POV

KAKATAPOS KO lang panoorin ang sinend na video ni Sage. The one that got my attention is the pregnant woman who committed suicide in front of a guy who was around his 30's. I was also hooked up about the child, Chase even asked if the kid that was with me is the same in the video.

I looked at the kid that I saved. The kid that I've rescued is a boy, so it can't be this little thing. I sighed. Malorry must be undeground. The worst part that I can think of is her being dead.

"Hey kid," I called. He was looking around, trying to see if the guards are still following us.

I saw him being carried to the elevator while I was looking at the end of the hallway in this mansion. He was screaming, he has a lot of energy to call for help. Yung lalaking may dala sakanya ay magaling makipaglaban, malas lang n'ya dahil ako ang nakakita sakanya.

"Po?" tugon n'ya. He was shock that I called him all of a sudden.

"Do you know a kid name Mallory? She's 7 years old now," I asked. His eyes widened after hearing the name.

Hmm, that's a quick reaction. He knows something.

"Mallory? She's an incompetent slave, wala s'yang kayang gawin, hindi katulad ng nanay n'ya noon. Wala na s'ya dito, ipinadala s'ya sa North Herlanion City upang gawing guinea pig. Hindi ko alam ang ibig nilang sabihin, pero mukang hindi maganda ang sasalubong sakanya don," he explained. I paused because of that information.

Shit! I immediately sent a message to Chase and the others. I heave a sigh once again. Hindi namin makikita ngayon ang bata, unahin nalang muna namin ang lugar na ito. I know Chase will be worried sick, but we can't leave yet.

"Thanks kid," I said while looking at my message in the screen. They already saw it.

"No problem, Lady," he uttered. Tinitigan ko ang batang lalaki. From the way he speaks, he doesn't act like a pitiful slave.

He's stern and calm, bagay na ipinagtataka ko.

"Kanina ko pa napapansin ang kilos mo, sabihin mo nga saakin, paano ka napunta sa lugar na 'to? I saved you, at least tell me who you are," I snickered.

Napatigil s'ya sandali at inisip muna ang sasabihin sakin. When he looked at me I gave him an innocent smile. I noticed a little frown but it ended up with a sigh.

"My name is Sergio, I'm just an illegitimate child of some rich bastard. I was kicked out of the house because I did something they dislike. Tatlong araw ang nagdaan nahuli nila ako, yung head ng underground factory, at napagkamalang palaboy, so here I am," he explained with his arms extended, making me clearly see what a mess he is right now.

His hair looks like he was struck by lightning, his clothes was a little torn, it also has dirt and shoe prints. Looks like he was kicked countless times while lying on the floor.

"Isang buwan na akong nandito, nagtangka akong tumakas ngayon, nahuli ako pero dahil dumating ka sigurado akong makakatakas na ako ngayon," he added. This kid has a lot of drama in his life.

"What will you do once you get out?" tanong ko. Lumiko kami at pumasok sa isang opisina para sandaling magtago.

There are people that were running towards the stairs to the second floor. They must be after Sage and Chase. It's suprising how the party is still going even know there's a commotion happening upstairs. I decided to stay on the ground floor because I know those two can find their way out of there. Ang plano ko ngayon ay pumunta sa lugar kung saan si Rafael, papunta na rin don sila Rhian at Christopher. The guy with a hat that he mentioned must be that person, I'll try to see it with my own eyes.
