Chapter 19

"Ronal. You are stressing too much" Tonowari says, as he makes her sit down, "do not. Please. You will upset the baby."

"How can I possibly not? My sister is out there, as my mother has taken over her. It is the worst thing that could happen to her" Ronal replies.

Tonowari gets some water, for Ronal to drink.

She takes a couple of gulps, before moving it away.

"You must remain calm. Eywa would not turn her back on us. Not on those who are right" Tonowari says.

"Daughter?.." they hear Arutey's weak voice.

Ronal turned to look at her father, before she stood up again.

Tonowari sighed, as he had just got her to sit down.

"Father. How are you feeling" Ronal asks him.

He lets out a strained noise, before looking around.

"Tai... tai.. Tay'ra" Arutey whispers.

"She's okay. She's going to be okay" Tonowari says.

"You know.. who Tay'ra is?" Ronal asks.

Arutey nods, "my daughter, of course."

Ronal smiles, as she realises, that her mother had been defeated.

Her father had become normal, once again.

"Irayo, Eywa" Ronal whispers.
Thank you, Eywa.

"I have not seen her. In years. Where did she go?" Arutey asks.

"She has been here father. Always" Ronal says to him.

They hear the sounds of war cries from a distance.

"The war party. They must be back" Tonowari makes his way forward towards the others.

Ronal looks forward, as she awaits for your sister.

"Tay'ra.. there she is" Arutey spots her on a Tsurak.

Ronal looks up to see her sister, for the first time ever, as a fighter.

And it bought a smile to her face.

But her father had began to worry.

"W-what is she doing? Get her off, she will fall!" Arutey shouts.

"Father, she is fine. Look at her!" Ronal smiles proudly, as she places her hand above her belly.

Tay'ra makes her way down towards the others, before she gets off her Tsurak.

Tonowari is first to greet her.

"Tay'ra? Is that you?" Tonowari holds her from she shoulders, trying to get a look into her eyes.

Tay'ra laughs and nods, "it is me."

"You're okay. Thank Eywa, that you are okay" Tonowari whispers before he hugs her, "me and your sister thought something terrible would happen. We have been worried sick, about you."

"I am okay. I promise" Tay'ra moves away from the hug, before she looks back, to see Ronal stood next to Arutey.

Tay'ra makes her way to them.

"Tsmuke. Are you alright? Your baby.." Tay'ra looks down at Ronal, who's holding onto her stomach, and back to Ronal.

Ronal smiles at her with teary eyes, before she pulls Tay'ra in for a hug.

Tay'ra was taken back, as she stood in shock. Along with Tonowari, who stood to look at them for a moment, completely puzzled.

Ronal had never been affectionate to her sister before. So it was very unusual to see.
