"So.. is it always like this?" Jake asks, as he's following Tay'ra.

"Like what?" Tay'ra asks.

"Like.. this?" Jake was confused at himself. Why was he just repeating himself.

"If you mean, chaotic. Then yes. It is like this every day. It was not always like this, but it has become like this" Tay'ra says.

"Right.." Jake acted as though he understood. But he most certainly did not.

"I am sorry, I must be acting very rude right now. I am just, very angry" Tay'ra says.

"No no. Not at all. I am just.. glad you have let me stay" Jake says.

Tay'ra nods and smiles, "I understand your pain of losing a loved one. Against the sky people, for that matter."

"Your mother?" Jake asks.

Tay'ra nods, "my mother's loss broke the clan. She was a great woman. A great Tsahìk. If she was still here, she would have tried her best to let you fit in. Because she was a caring woman."

Jake smiles at Tay'ra, "you must really love her."

"I do. I love my mother and my father. They are both very good people. It is just, after my mother had passed, it took a very heavy toll on him. On all of us of course, but mostly my father. He was in love with her" Tay'ra says.

Jake nods.

She sighs, and looks to him.

"We should not talk about this topic. It is not a welcoming topic to talk about" Tay'ra says.

"It is okay if you wish to talk about it. Im all ears" Jake says.

She shakes her head no, "you have had a full day of chaos. There is no need. We should talk about something more positive."

Jake nods.

"So.. what exactly will I be learning?" Jake asks.

"Well, it is evident that you still have a lot of work to do on your breathing. It is not your fault, since you are a forest Na'vi. However, we must try our best to get it right. You must also continue with learning to ride a Tsurak. I can not help you with that, as I am not a hunter" Tay'ra guy

"May I ask, why not?" Jake asks.

"I simply do not wish to. I have seen what hunters go through. What they have to do, I do not wish to do" Tay'ra says.

Jake nods, "it's too violent for you?"

"You say it as though I am a child" Tay'ra says.

"Well.. your sister is a hunter" Jake shrugs.

"And? It is my wish to continue to stay the way I am, which is to teach. Sing. Dance. That is my role here, in Awa'atlu. I wish for it to continue that way" Tay'ra says.

Jake nods, "I do not mean to offend you. Im just curious, that's all."

Tay'ra nods, "I know. A lot of people are curious about why I do not wish to be a hunter. You are not the first person."

She looks at Jake, "what about you? How are your hunting skills?"

"I think they are great. My mate.. she taught me everything I need to know. There were many great hunters. Peyral, for instance" Jake says.

"Peyral?" Tay'ra asks.

"Peyral is a hunter of our clan. She hunts, to help feed the clan. And to keep it sustained. She was a great help to me as a leader, and I'm sure she will continue to be a great help to the clan's new leader. She takes her role as a hunter very seriously, and fulfils all her duties" Jake says, with a smile on his face, as he begins to remember the forest.
