In the city Royal Woods everyone is having fun Digimon battles and the Awesome Tamers are getting ready for the Digimon battle tournament.
Max: You ready Gammamon?
Gammamon looked to his partner and big brother with a smile on his face.
Gammamon: Yeah!
Max and his Digimon partner Gammamon have well known each other for a long time. Max has always seen Gammamon like his little brother and always like to help each other out.
Max and Gammamon sees the rest of their friends at the park. Alexis and her Digimon partner Meicoomon, Lincoln Loud and his Digimon partner Herissmon, Ronnie Anne and her Digimon partner Renamon, Daniel and his Digimon partner Guilmon waiting for them.
Daniel:(smile) Hey guys what took you both so long?
Max smiled back at each of his friends.
Max:(smile) Sorry you guys me and Gammamon had to help out our parents with the groceries.
Lincoln: It's fine. So are you ready?
Max smirked.
Max: (smirk) You bet!
Herissmon: Get ready Gammamon cause this battle is gonna get intense!
Gammamon smirked ready to battle his friend.
Both Max and Lincoln begin their Digimon battle.
Gammamon: Break Claw! Gammamon charges at Herissmon with his claw but Herissmon dodges the attack and counterattacks.
Herissmon: Lightning Quills!! Herissmon Lightning coated quills at Gammamon and made a direct hit.
Max: (worried) Gammamon you okay?
Gammamon gave Max a reassuring smile.
Gammamon: Don't worry I'm fine.
Max nodded and gave Lincoln and his Digimon partner Herissmon a confident smile.
Max: I'll admit Lincoln you and Herissmon definitely gotten stronger but me and Gammamon aren't losing that easy.
Max: Gammamon time we take this battle to the next level.

Both Gammamon and Herissmon entered their champion forms as the battle is just beginning.
Ronnie Anne: I can tell this battle is about to get even more intense.
Renamon appeared next to her.
Renamon: Indeed. I have a feeling they're going to give it there all in this battle.
Guilmon: Guilmon thinks Maxmon and Gammamon will win.
Daniel chuckled and patted his partner on the head.
Daniel: Will just have to wait and see what happens next.
Both BetelGammamon and Filmon charged at each other and delivered powerful blows to each other.
Max: BetelGammamon use Sorblow!
BetelGammamon: Roger!
BetelGammamon's fist glowed orange as he charges at Filmon.
Lincoln: Filmon dodge and use Crimson slash!
Filmon: You got it!
The two champion level Digimon charged delivering powerful blows to each other. BetelGammamon roundhouse kicks Filmon but Filmon blocks the kick and uses crimson slash but not before BetelGammamon uses Solblow and when both fists clashed an explosion was created as everyone covered themselves from the explosion and dust clouds. Once it cleared BetelGammamon and Filmon both reverted back to their rookie forms.
Max ran up to Gammamon.
Max:(worried) Gammamon are you ok?
Gammamon: I'm ok but that was fun!
Lincoln: You alright Herissmon?
Herissmon: Yeah I'm fine but I agree with Gammamon that was fun!
Max and the others all chuckled at the scene.
Meicoomon came rushing to Gammamon and hugged him.
Gammamon: (blushing) M-Meicoomon I-I'm fine really.
Meicoomon just still held him tighter for she was worried about her friend.
Meicoomon: I know but don't scare me like that.
Max and Alexis well knew that Gammamon and Meicoomon both like each other but are too shy to admit their feelings to each other.
But unaware that someone was watching them.
Kevin: Well would you look at that BlackAgumon looks like we might have worthy adversaries after all.
BlackAgumon is virus type Digimon that resembles a t-Rex.
