After they defeated the Triceramon they continued their search for the crests to stop the rising darkness.
Lincoln: I'm still surprised of Gammamon's third digivolved form from that fight.
Rex: I'm already starting to wonder what will be his fourth form.
Max: We'll find out sooner or later.
That's when Alexis's Digivice started to glow.
Alexis: Guys my digivice is glowing.
Meicoomon: That means we're getting close.
Ronnie Anne: Then we need to get going.
They go to where the energy signature is. But unaware that Tobias and Publimon are watching them.
Tobias:(anger) Those brats are becoming more of a problem.
Publimon: Relax partner Gorillamon will take care of them.
Tobias: Hopefully he won't fail like Triceramon.
Publimon: Oh believe me he won't.
Back with the Awesome Tamers...
They soon found a temple as they enter the temple to search for the crest.
Alexis sees the crest of kindness.
Alexis: That must be it.
Alexis is about to retrieve the crest but something jumped in front of them.
Rex: It's Gorillamon!

Max: We need to beat this Digimon in order to get the crest.
Gammamon and the others digivolved as they battle Gorillamon. The battle was tough but they defeated the digimon and retrieved the crest.
Max: That's one let's find the rest.
