Chapter 3

Felix's Pov

Everything was looking good so far. Nothing burnt ,perfect. Only one thing is strange. I feel like someone's watching me.

I turn my head right to the hallway that starts from the front door and then I lock eyes with him. Never in my life jumped so fast.

Because of the shock , I lost my balance and ended up touching the stove where was a hot spot .
-"Ahh!" I groaned in pain.

The boy dropped his phone from his hand and rushed over me.

-"Hey,hey are you okay? I didn't mean to scare you.Give me your hand,let me see."

I hesitate at first but then slowly I hold out my hand. He touches me gentle , inspecting  carefully the burnt area.

-"Luckily It's not that bad.Thanks god. Let me take care of it as a form of apologize."

He glances at me and I realize who it actually was.
I normally wouldn't let strangers touch me.

-"Alright and this is for not giving me my lighter back." and with my other hand I hit him in the head with the spoon.

-"Fair enough."

I watch as he takes a kitchen towel and put it under the cold water. He squeezed it and then pressed on my injury. I started studying him without even realizing :long brown hair , prominent and defined nose, caring eyes and big lips in perfect proportion .He's a perfect exemple of God's favorites.

Now that we will be roommates, I'm more curious about this side of him.

-"Can you hold this for 10 more minutes until the pain subsides?I'll go search for a cream ,maybe I have one."

-"Sounds good to me." I replied.

It doesn't hurt that bad as I thought.It seems like he has experience with this type of things.

He gets up and goes straight to were he put his things near the front door. It takes him some minutes before coming back woth a tube of cream in his hand . He takes my hand and start placing it . I whined a little at the contact of the cream with my skin because of the sting.

-"You know , I still didn't got your name." I heard him speak.

-"It's Lee Felix."

He doesn't say anything.

-Now that you know my name , It would only be fair for you to tell me yours too."

-My name is Hwang Hyunjin."

Of course he also has a pretty name.

-"Alright, It's all done."

We both get up and he chose a chair to sit on.
-"What were you cooking? I was thinking of asking you since I entered the dorm."

-"Some instant noodles and also brownies! But I'm afraid that I didn't cook enough for both of us...Wait until everything is done. I will share it with you ."

I turn my back to see if the food is ready. I make sure it's all cooked properly and place it carefully on the table. I started cutting into pieces the brownies to get it faster to cool down.

While I was washing my hands I hear Hyunjin moving the chair loudly and standing up fast. I turn around to see him waving to his face with tears in his eyes.

-"DID YOU JUST TAKE A BITE OF THE BROWNIES?! THEY WERE JUST IN THE OVEN, HYUNJIN!"

I panic as I get a cup and fill it with cold water. I run and give it to him so he can drink it up.

His face was all red by now and even after he drank the water he was still coughing. I gesture him to sit down on until he calm down.

I give him some minutes and decided to wash up the dishes. After everything was cleaned I turn back to him to make sure he feels alright.

-"How are you feeling?"

-"A little better.Should we eat now? I'm gonna be honest ,It looks too delicious."

-"Thank you!"

Hyunjin's Pov

"Ahh what a great impression I made." I thought while looking at myself in the bathroom mirror. I've been here for an whole hour. I made sure to take a cold shower , wash my hair and clean my face. I feel a lot better now than before.

It's kinda strange now that I have a roommate. Of course I used to sleep with Seungmin and Changbin sometimes when they got too drunk but having someone everyday in my room...

I hope I won't embarrass myself again like today. As I changed into pyjama and picked up the clothes I wore , in one of my pockets I find Felix's lighter. I look at it and wonder why does he have one. Does he smoke?

I should give it back now.
I place my clothes into the washing machine and head out to the bedroom. The rooms were turned off , I could only see the TV light trough the door glass. I silently open it and first thing I see is Felix sleeping peacefully.

He looks like a work of art.
I wish he would let me paint him.

I made my way to my bed , watching my every move to not wake him up. I move to the side and in the end , I fall asleep.
