Chapter 14

Hyunjin's Pov

My eyes were so heavy I could barely keep them open. I felt really dizzy and couldn't keep my balance even while sitting.
Suddenly I feel a hand raising my head by my chin then I see his face.

Felix. He's back.

-"Hyunjin, how are you feeling? Should I go buy some medicine?"  he asked me with a worry face.

I never ever felt so mad and happy at the same time.

I tried punching him in the chest one by one , tearing up because I felt so relieved he's doing alright.

-"Where have you been?! I-I looked for you-" he sobbed through his words." I looked for you everywhere."

Felix grabbed my hands by my wrists and asked me to look at him. I lift my chin up to look him in the eyes .

Oh how much I missed those freckles.

-"I'm here now, I'm sorry, Hyunjin."
Then Felix pulled me in a tight hug that made me feel like everything around disappeared.

-"You caused me so much pain and I wanted to hate you so badly , but I can't forget how much you made me feel at once. "

-"One last chance."

I looked at him in the eyes ,confused.

-"Give me one last chance. And ai know I don't deserve it, but stay with me a minute, I swear I'll make it worth it."

I never knew I could feel so much love towards a person. I could never imagine I had this much love in the first place.

I nod softly.

Felix pulled me again into a hug, then we stayed like this for a while, until I finished crying.

-"I'm sorry , Hyunjin. I was too afraid back then. I was alone and I was suffocating because I couldn't give voice to my emotions. I felt so trapped . But now I'm here. I'll never leave , I promise."

Then he pressed my head into his chest while hugging.
I put my hand around him too.
I missed this idiot so badly.

-"I think I'll always love you and that scares me so much,Felix. I missed you a lot more than I realized. Things kept happening and I always found myself wishing I could tell you about them."

-"Well, I'm here so you can tell me every detail in your life, from what makes you feel happy and excited to what makes you feel anxious or depressed.I'll love you at your best and at your worst."

-"At my worst?"

-"At your worst."

Hyunjin was now sleeping peacefully in my bed. For the first time I got to feel complete. He was back in my life and I decided I'd be a better person for him. He deserves the world .

I slowly got up so I wouldn't wake him up. I made my way to the bathroom to wash my face with cold water so I could start the day . I glanced at myself in the mirror. I finally looked happy.

I brushed my teeth and then did the laundry because many clothes had already been gathered.

When I finished , I went to the kitchen and started cooking some soft pancakes. While they were on the stove, I quickly texted Jisung to apologize.

buying you a meal and tell you the
