Chapter 10

Felix's Pov

-"Felix, wait!"
I turn and see Hyunjin running to catch up with me.
-" Are you heading to the cafeteria?"
-"Yeah, I'm pretty hungry. I had two take two tests today."
-"That sounds though. Keep fighting!"
-"So, why are you here?"
I see Hyunjin kicking a stone on the ground.

-" Wanna have lunch with me?" Hyunjin asked me.
Before I answer, Soo Yun's words popped up in my head.

What if she sees us again?

-"Come on let's get going , you're hungry, I'm hungry, what's there to think about?"
-"Yeah."
Suddenly, Hyunjin grabs by hand , interlocks our fingers and start running, dragging me behind him.
He was all smiling and laughing and I couldn't resist and let a smile form on my face too.

I could feel water starting to pour on my skin. Rain started dropping fast , me and Hyunjin were almost all soaked when we got to the table under the big tree from our campus.

-"Are you alright?"
-"Mind to explain why on Earth you started dragging me around?"
-" you should've seen your face! You were red as a tomato from anger!" Hyunjin chuckled.

WAS I?!

I quickly cover my face up , feeling it burn up even more.

-"Wait here. I'll go get us some snacks!"
-"But-"
I don't even get to say something and I see Hyunjin running again in the rain.
I swear to God he's going to be so sick after this.

After some minutes , Hyunjin got back with a bag full of snacks in his hand.
He looked like he just came out of the shower.
-"What are you?! A millionaire?!"
-"You could say that." He laughed .
-"And yet you're living at the dorms."
-"Haha very funny."
-"Let me see what you got."
We both take a seat at the table and he starts placing all the things he brought.
-"I'll take the cookies- WAIT ARE THOSE BROWNIES?!"
-"I knew it wouldn't take long for you to spot them. They are all yours!"
-"Hyunjin , you're a life saver!"

I take the brownies and start eating them up.
In silence,we finish our snacks,watching the raindrops falling to the hot ground.

I think rain is the most beautiful thing the world has to offer.
It can make you sad until you see closely the beauty of a single raindrop.

I got woken up from the dream by Hyunjin who placed his head gently on my shoulder.
I can't even explain how I felt in that moment . My stomach was turning upside down.
Hyunjin, you're so warm
and soft
and beautiful
Just your simplest presence
Makes my life easier,
As if you removed a stone from my heavy heart.

I let my head to rest on his too, closing my eyes.
I could give anything just for this moment to last forever.
And we stayed like this for a while , until the rain stopped completely.

I turned a little to see Hyunjin who was still asleep.
I couldn't help and I let my eyes observe all of his features, starting from the straight eyebrows, to the beautiful eyes that were asleep , a long nose and lastly the lips.

His lips looked soft and full and I don't know why I felt an urge to touch them.

When I raised my hand and slowly approaching Hyunjin's lips, I felt him suddenly moving so I quickly withdrew it.

He got up and started rubbing his eyes, trying to adjust with the light .

-"What time is it?" I heard Hyunjin asking in his sleepy voice.

-"Doesn't matter anymore , the classes have ended already."

-"Ahh, I'm in third year , I should work harder, not skipping classes..."
