Chapter 5

Felix's Pov

I entered the small room and the smell of the canvases and paint hit my instantly. No one was there except a girl with brown long hair and bangs.
I greet her respectfully, she seemed older than me.

-"Hi,how can I help you?"

-"Oh, I,ve seen a poster about your art club and I was interested in it. Can I still join?"

-"Of course! Are you a first year? You seem so young!"

-"Ahh ,yes."

-"Alright , you have to read and sign some papers to join , let me get them."

She gets up from her seat and starts searching in the drawer behind her. She turns to face me with some documents and lend them to me.

I take a seat and starts reading them . It wasn't some stuff I didn't know about , just basics.

-"If you are interested, there is going to be a trip to the ocean! I'll take the others to learn how to properly paint the ocean and the beach. There is also a first year girl that joined yesterday. She's coming so you would probably get along with her too. What do you think?"

-"Ahh.."

-"Do you want me to give you more time to think about it?"

-"Can you tell me more about it? Like the costs and who's going to provide us with the necessary things such as a sleeping place , food.."

-"Alright , first things first the person who organized this trip are me and third year boy ,his name is Hwang Hyunjin, he's the guy on the poster you saw. Pretty handsome , isn't he?"

-"Right."
-"We are going to sleep on the beach so it's better if you bring a sleeping bag. We will have tents but if you're gonna get cold , better be prepared . As for the food I'm gonna pay for everything you guys want. These kids worked hard so they deserve this trip.
In one of the nights we are going to have a drinking session with different games ! The costs are so big only 66.68 $ . How does it sound?"

I take a moment to think about it.What could possibly go wrong? Hyunjin is going so he'll be there if anything happens.

-"Write me down!"

-"Great! It will be a great start for you to meet the members! Then , see you on Saturday at 9 pm in the morning , in front of the school. You'll see a colorful van!"

-"Perfect! Have a nice day , sunbae!"

I place the chair back in it place and go search for Jisung.

-"Are you seriously going? What on Earth even made you join that club?" Jisung asked me out of curiosity.

-" I caught you of guard ? I just thought I'd join it since I used to draw when I was in high school but ended up giving up because of how much I had to study to join this university."

-"Fair enough, you got a point. I've never seen you draw since then that I even forgot you are actually able to do that."

-"What's up what all that food? Are you a pregnant woman?" I ask Jisung as we take a sit at a table in the school cafeteria.

-"Got a problem with that?"

-"Who's the father ?"

My words make Jisung spill his food all over the table.

-"Eww, gross!"

-" Your fault, wet sock!"

I feel a hand touching my shoulder from behind . I turn my head and look up to see Hyunjin .

-"Hey." I hear him say in a silvery voice.

-"Hi Hyunjin! "

-"What are you guys doing here? You should be having fun .That's what being a freshman is about!"

-"We are good , so you go have all that fun"

-"Ahhh so cold ! Fun times are over for me. I just came back from military and next year is my last here so I should start searching for a job already."

-"Wow, so mature all of a sudden! Alright, It's your time to go , let us eat in peace."

-"Have a nice day guys!"

I watch as Hyunjin disappears into the other students. I didn't realize until now how broad his shoulders are.

-"Felix, who was that?"

-"His name is Hyunjin , one of the sunbaes that are organizing the trip and also somehow my roommate."

-" Ohhh but isn't this fate, dear Felix?"

-"Hahah , so funny , you should consider being a clown at a circus!"

-"Gosh, so rude. Did you wake up on the wrong side of the pillow today?"

-"Finish up your food or I'll leave you here."
-"ALRIGHT , ALRIGHT!"

Me and Jisung finished our classes and now we are heading back to the dorms. The sun hid after the clouds like he's afraid to be seen by people.

I debate if to ask Jisung or not about things that involve my feelings but he would probably not take it seriously. I don't blame him tho, I wish I could be so positive all the time and not take everything so serious.

-"Yo Felix? Are you alright?" Jisung waves his hand in front of my face. " You've been zoning for quite a lot. How can you zone out when I'm talking about the new anime that just came out?!"

I chuckle a little at his pouting face.
-"You look like a squirrel when you do that!"

-"Oh shut up , chick."

-"You know what? You actually look like a squirrel everyday , big round cheeks, small eyes and small mouth . Bet if you could keep food supplies inside your cheeks you would."

-"No ew that's unhygienic actually!"

-" You actually now that word, smelly squirrel ?"

-"What?!" Jisung yelled than jumped on my back , with his left hand supporting himself and with the other one ruffling my hair.

I started laughing out loud , tears forming in the corners of my eyes.

-"Get off me , you smelly squirrel !!"

-"Not until you say sorry!"

-" Hah , you wish!" I replied as I start tickling him as much as I can with my hands. Suddenly he gets off of me ,loosing his balance and eventually ending up on the ground.

-"That was indeed not fair."

-" Hah , get up cry baby , let's get going!"
