I trusted him when he promised me he'd come back. And sure, I didn't understand a lot of the things happening, I trusted Miles would handle it in the best possible way.
"Tell me about your self? It is only fair, since you are my mate." We shared a light laugh.
"Of course~" Miles cooed into my ear.
"Hmm I'm afraid there's nothing much but.. ah right, I do have my own realm- kingdom" a proud smile covered his face, hoping that it would be enough to impress me.
"Wow! That's amazing! Truly! How though, are you a royalty of a sort?"
His handsome facial features twisted with confusion, before continuing to reply.
"I suppose royalty wouldn't quite suit my title... you see, I made the lands, and the people dwelling in it~" another smile on his part, but utter shock on mine.
S-so he's a god? I've been in the arms of a god this whole time!? My face heated with blush, my own ignorance embarrassing me.
"Haha! Don't be so surprised, Amity." his laugh sounded like the choir's of heaven.
What shocked me more than breathing the very same air as a powerful and respected god, was the fact the we were mates.
There was still a large variety of things I didn't know, and probably should. It would only be in my best interest to absorb as much knowledge as I could before I would be at the mercy of the vampire king again.
"Will you take me!!" I exclaimed, not able to hold back the excitement in my voice.
"Well, I presume that is highly possible. However, if you undoubtedly want to go, then you'd best prepare yourself to be pestered by the people."
Taking his words into consideration, I excitedly shook my head in approval nonetheless.
"Well then! Let us go~" Miles laughs, carrying me off to his mysterious kingdom.
