General Leonius and his troop were yet to return with any information, life just went on as we waited for their reports, praying that they got back safely. After breakfast, I decided to spend my time at the bathhouse. The water was at the right temperature with filled with flower petals. I swam, enjoying the feeling the water had on my skin and body. I was still healing from everything that transpired between Orion, his father and I trying so hard to sympathize with what Hemsworth said. I swam across the other end of the water bath so that I could finally relax. My hand rested on the edge of the wall after wiping away all the sticky strands of hair off my face. The water suddenly made a weird noise capturing my attention. I looked over my shoulder to see only a few bubbles showing up. I turned back to my initial position. The sound came again this time stronger than before. I turned to see what was happening, the water at the bottom of my feet growing hotter. On the far other side of the pool, it grew wild as if it was boiling making the temperature high. Sensing danger I decided to leave the pool only to be pulled back just after I was on my feet outside the pool. I let out a distressed scream before I'm cut short as my body plunges into the water which is hotter than before. Scared, I resurface after finding the strength to stand, looking around, panting. I took steps back till my back touched the wall. Suddenly my foot is yanked pulling me back inside. Whatever was pulling me dragged me across the pool then stopped in the middle. I tried resurfacing but this time I wasn't lucky as I was weighed down by an invisible weight. My head was held downwards into the water, my feet kicking in a struggle as my hand fought against the water, in an attempt to free myself from suffocation as I felt water make its way into my nose and mouth. As suddenly as the force started it stopped. It was as if it was enjoying torturing me. I resurfaced hyperventilating standing up petrified at what I was facing. It was already unsafe being in the water but it was also deadly leaving it but I had to take my chances. However, before I could do anything a warm breeze blew past me from the other side of the pool. I turned to see what caused it. The steam coming from the water recollected slowly together in a whirlwind till a figure like that of a person appeared levitating above the now cooling water. Whatever the figure was it had sucked up the vapor and heat from the water to bring itself to life resulting in the water getting cold.

"Who are you?" I asked finding my voice amid my terror.

"Soon, you will find out!" It said in a thunderous voice. My body was jerked from its position and swung across the pool my head being head against its wall making me shriek in agony. When it was not enough I was swung to the other side hitting my head yet again making me see stars in the air my head throbbing. As if it wasn't enough, the entity held my head up and slapped me against the wall not once or twice without physical touch. I could swear this was to be my last as my head throbbed in the most painful way from the attack.

I stood in a dark space. I called out but my voice only echoed in the darkness. I stood there panicked wondering what to do.  The darkness started wearing off and I found myself standing next to a forest. On the other side, I could see a cottage. I made up my mind to head towards it. The closer I got I could see a small chicken coop and pigsty. There was no other family in sight. Just then two children a girl and a boy rush past me. The boy seems to be chasing after the girl as they giggle. The boy is a year older than the girl who looks to be around four years. They wear beautiful smiles on their faces followed by laughter as the boy tackles her down just to tickle her.

"Mummy," she cries out laughing.

"Gwain stop teasing your sister," a voice I know says. Quickly I turn to the woman's voice, she has pitch-black hair, a pointed nose, and blue eyes. My hand goes to touch my face as I stare at her dumb-folded. Is that ...me? She was a perfect replica of me? Those two children? Mine?
"come with me, children." She says. I follow them to a little store where she takes out some carrots and hands them to the children. The three head over to the rabbit's house to feed them. Morticia, as her mother addressed her cried out to her mother to take out one rabbit so she could pet him. Standing there made me sad what was this a dream? a vision of my desires? Or my mind playing tricks on me. Everything was perfect, too perfect to be true. I just wished that this was my life. Everything I wanted was standing right here with me.
