I was getting ready to go clubbing San Francisco style which meant wearing a bathing suit under your dress.

Kirks moms smiled at us as we all met by the door.

"This reminds me when you guys were back in high school." She said with a smile.

"Only then it was Rebecca and not Dalia." Chuckled Jay.

I bit my lip uncomfortably and didn't say anything.

So Kirk had been with Rebecca since high school?

Kirks hand wrapped around my waist, "Okay mom. We're gonna go now."

She nodded, "Have fun guys. Don't let anything happen to Dalia."

"We won't. I'll protect her." Smirked Kirk as he kissed my cheek.

We all headed out towards Jays car.

"Why don't you ride shotgun Dalia? A lady doesn't deserve to sit in the back." Said Jay.

"Oh it's fine. I don't have to." I replied.

"I insist." Replied Jay, "And it's my car."

I looked over at Kirk and he nodded opening the passenger door for me, "Ladies first."

I sat down in the passenger seat as Jay started the car.

"So what kind of music do you listen to Dalia"? Asked Jay.

"I don't really listen to music. I don't really have the time for that." I replied.

"What? How could you not listen to music"? Asked Jay.

"I just don't. Dating a musician is enough for me." I said softly.

"Enough? So you're just settling for a musician"? Asked Jay.

Kirk slapped Jays shoulder, "Quit teasing her man."

"Relax! She knows I'm joking. Don't you"? He asked.

I nodded but turned the other way. I had just met Jay and he was already annoying me.

"What kind of music do you listen to Jay"? I asked.

"You're gonna laugh." He replied with a smirk.

I looked over at him, "What do you listen to country"? I asked.

Kirk laughed, "Jay listens to classical music."

I shook my head, "You're joking"? I asked.

"Nope. I'm a sucker for Mozart." Replied Jay.

I started to laugh, "How do you listen to that? It's just squeaky violins." I grinned.

"I love squeaky violins. Just like Kirk loves squeaky guitars." Jay chuckled

We arrived at the club and Kirks hand met mine.

"Don't leave my side. We don't need any creeps trying to pick up on you." Kirk smirked.

I nodded and held onto his hand tight.

We walked into the club and I smiled as I saw all the people in there dancing. The smell of alcohol was in the air.

I looked over at Kirk excited and he winked at me.

We walked over to a table and Kirk left to go order us some drinks.

"What do you think"? Asked Jay.

I smiled, "Everyone here seems like they're having a lot of fun."

"And we're going to too." He replied, "As soon as we get some alcohol in our system."
