Cyrus POV:

I flew Luz and I home, all the while we talked about what might have gone wrong with the Glyph I taught her. "Well I think that it is likely that the Abomination didn't listen to you after that point cause it had not completed its task." I said as we landed.

"What do you mean?" she asked.

"Well, abominations when controlled by a witch of your age typically they still need to use the spell circle to command them." I explained, "It likely didn't obey you fully cause you no longer held the Glyph page that spawned it."

"So it should be fine so long as I keep ahold of the paper?" she asked me.

"Probably," I said. "There could still be an issue with the glyph itself, so don't try it again unless Eda, Lilith, or Me are present to help fend the thing off. Oh and make sure to practice it outside."

"Right I'll be sure to do that," she assured me.

"Okay I need something to eat, then probably a nap." I said walking into the house and grabbing a bag of something called Hex mix. I sat on the couch that they had me rest on and began eating.

"You know I've noticed you don't eat as much as King?" Luz asked sitting down next to me.

"Well for one thing he is younger and for another thing he will have a much harder time controlling his appetite than I will." I said, "If I didn't hold my appetite I would probably eat you guys out of house and home."

"That so, so that is just something normal with your guy's species," she noted. "Well if your not at your full strength maybe you need more energy to burn to regain your strength which means you'll need more food."

"Yeah you might be right," I said grabbing a handful of my Hex mix and popping it into my mouth. "But if that's the case I'll find a way to do it myself, any of the money that Lilith and Eda  make needs to go toward feeding you and King."

"I'm sure they can find a way to help accommodate you as well," she said.

"Me and King can eat nearly anything from the demon realm," I explained. "You on the other hand can only handle certain things from here and with out the portal we can't simply pop over to your world ang get food your more used too."

"Yeah, believe me I know," she looked down.

"Listen I didn't mean it like that," I began to apologize walking up to comfort her before I stumbled.

"Cyrus you okay?" Luz asked as she caught me.

"Yes, I'm fine guess I am just a bit more tired than I thought." I said as she brought me back to the couch. "Sorry for being a tad insensitive towards your feelings of home. I know you will find your way home eventually."

"It's okay Cyrus," she said helping me lay down. "Now go ahead and rest up."

"Thank you Luz," I said patting her hand before I was out like a light. I floated around in the realm of Morpheus for a while before I was back in the past. Living it out again like I did back then.

I woke up on a little bed roll that Jacob gave me for my journey. I was on one of the many Titan skulls that can be found among the boiling seas. This specific one also has its torso attached with a sprawling forest. I spent the morning hunting for some food on the island bringing it back to my camp and cooking up my meal.

"Burn some for me Halfling," a mysterious voice said.

"Who are you?" I asked around me since I saw no one.

"I am a pure Titan my boy," it said. "My name is Koios. Now please burn some food for me."

"Why should I?" I asked the voice.

"I wish to remember the old days," he commented. "If you do I will share my past with you."

"You know what fine," I said pulling a leg off off my meal and tossing it into the fire. The flame grew for a moment and the smoke that billowed up smelled indescribably delicious.

*Deep Inhale* "Ahh," Koios called in satisfaction. "Thank you my boy. Now to full fill my end of the deal, once you are finished with your meal go to my brain cavity. There you should find a tree with a portrait inlaid into one side. Step into it and you may view my life before I was cut down."

"Thank you Sir," I said bowing my head slightly, then returning to my meal.

Upon finishing my meal I stood up and grabbed my camping equipment packing them up and hoisting the backpack up to my back. Then I flew down on Khrysomallos to the brain cavity of the dead Titan. Like Koios said an ethereal tree was growing on a small platform in about the center of the cavity. I got off of the Khrysomallos and walked up to the portrait of the titan grown into a tree. I looked at the portrait for a moment before stepping through and getting a look at this titans past.

The Titan was depicted in the portrait from an outside perspective like it was someone who knew him that painted him. He looked like father only leaner and his tail was less bushy and more cat like. His horns stuck out the side of his head and curved down slightly. His eyes are a brilliant blue similar to mine, he had a golden laurel wreath crown that ran under his horns and secured to his skull. He wore a chiton with and elegant pattern towards the top that resembled the gleam of the stars in the night sky, and he wore leather sandals. He had one hand held up holding a book pages open as if reading from it.

I stepped into the painting as I was instructed by Koios I found myself falling I hastily grabbed onto Khrysomallos and began to fly. I landed down on the shoulder of Koios in the memory I was watching. I noticed that he was actually talking to five other titans all of them resembled him in some degree and I noticed at this point in time they were all naked, well as naked as they can be. They all discussed something in a language I could understand but also recognized was different from the language I know.

"We are going to the other world," A titan with horns that shot out of his head and then pointed up. He gestured to the boiling sea between them where I saw a portal to some other place there. "We wish to see what exists there." He held the hand of another titan one with a more feminine phisique.

"Then we should all go together," A titan that looked similar to Koios said. His eyes were a vibrant green color and like Koios his horns curved down but his were more in a direct S like shape.

"Brother Hyperion is right," Koios said. "Family should stick together." All of the other titans nodded their heads in agreement.

"Then it is decided," A titan to Koios' other shoulder said. I leaned out and tried very hard to see who it was. but couldn't see past Koios' beard. "We will see this new world for ourselves." The voice was very familier.

"Well said brother Krios," The titan from the start of the conversation said.

"That was our youngest brother," a voice said right next to me. I looked over and saw an entirely green version of Koios. "His name is Kronos, the titan next to him is his love Rhea. We had many interesting adventures in the other world in the time you are from I think they call it the human realm. Then our children that we had there grew to resent us and killed Kronos in a horribly brutal way. After that the rest of us fled the human realm back here and seperated for a long long time. I'm telling you this cause the actual sight might terrify you my boy I hope you have a good time from here on out."

"Thank you for giving me a glimpse into the past," I said hugging the spectral form of Koios." Shortly after that I woke up in the morning and began to prepare breakfast for very one.
