jackman slammed his iphone down on the counter in frustrated, he'd been texting his wife for the last week hoping she'd come home or atleast accept the multiple face time calls he sent her, but nothing.
"mr harlow your guest have arrived".
taking a deep breath jack knew after this conversation his relationship with his mother and bestfriend would change.
although he loved his mother dearly he loved his wife a lot more and not being able to see her every day and night was affecting him dearly.
"hi mom and addison come in". jack softly said opening the door wider, addison smiled at jackman before wrapping her arms around his neck holding him tightly "i missed you, and i'm sorry for disrespecting your wife i was drunk". she lied.
jack shrugged her arms off him, "are y'all hungry?". he asked as they all walked towards the living room, "no sweetie we're good what's all this about?". maggie asked taking a seat across from her first born, "where's halle?". she spat fighting the urge to roll her eyes at the mention of his wife's name.
"she left me". he simply said as maggie gasped in shock. "she left you? jackman i warned you about her".
"no no no, she left me because i've been neglecting her feelings towards the situation with y'all". he whispered taking a sip of his coffee. "because of us? curly what are you talking about she's a grown ass woman".
jack quickly sat up pointing his finger at addison who raised an eyebrow in confusion, "that's another reason right there dear best friend".
