"NOOO CAS!!!" Dean screamed as he tackled Castiel down. The gun went off and hit Castiel's shoulder.

"Dammit!! That hurts" Castiel cursed.

"What's wrong with you???" Dean yelled at Castiel.

"I'm useless!! Just like you said, i'm basically a baby in a trenchcoat without my powers" Castiel looked into Dean's eyes as he held his shoulder. Dean helped Castiel up and walked him over to the bed and dropped him.

"I'll be back, stay!" Dean warned Castiel. Castiel's mind was flooded with questions and more pain. Dean came back with a medic kit him and Sam made up years ago. It contained needles, thread, rubbing alcohol, thongs and other things they thought would be usefull removing bullets, stitching up and other hunter injuries.

"This is going to hurt" Dean warned Castiel as he dig into the wound to remove the bullet.

"Ouch!! Dammit!!" Castiel cursed at the pain.

"Well it's better than being dead" Dean threw out in the open.

"Dean, you don't..."

"What Cas? I don't what? Understand?? I do but that just makes me so much more angry. If I didn't walk through that door when I did I would have found you with a bullet in your heart." Dean started to get choked up.

"Dean, I...I'm sorry. I wasn't thinking straight" Castiel looked away from Dean's eyes not wanted to see the pain he caused Dean.

"You're all I have and you do that?? Haven't you learn anything?? After what happened to Sam and now you're trying to leave this life?? What? Am I that unbearable?" Dean started to choke up when he brought up Sam. Dean continued and removed the bullet and spilled rubbing alcohol on the wound before starting to stitch it up.

"Dean, you're not. You're the best part of this life. I know loosing Sam is hard but we'll get him back" Castiel didn't know where to start.

"Look, we can't get Sam back. He left us and doesn't want anything to do with me. He does what he does best, runs." Dean continued stitching up Castiel's shoulder.

"How about you answer him when he calls?" Castiel suggested.

"Don't change the subject. What pushed you off the edge tonight?" Dean tried to get answers.

"It's stupid, so god damn stupid" Castiel started to beat himself over it.

"Cas, you know i'm here for you. Please talk to me" Dean finished up the stitches and placed a gauze on it.

"I got drunk, I saw things and I felt broken" Castiel was being very cryptic.

"Cas, what did you see?" Dean's voice was filled with sympathy. "Look at me Cas" Dean told Castiel in that smooth, sympathetic voice. Cas looked at Dean and started to drown in the guilt, pain and brokenness in Dean's eyes.

"It's stupid, so very stupid..." Castiel kept repeating.

"It's not stupid. Tell me Cas. I care about you" Dean looked into the sad, guilt filled blue eyes.

"That girl, she took you into that room. I know what goes on in there and it bothered me. Maybe because I was drunk and..." Castiel went on to explain but was cut off by Dean.

"I know you're still learning about emotions, so what did you feel?" Dean tried to get Castiel talk about his feelings.

"I was angry, disappointed, sad and I felt this bad feeling in my chest like something was breaking or being stabbed over and over" Castiel spilled.

"So you were jealous and heart broken seeing me with that girl?" Dean was surprised.

"I know it's stupid" Castiel lowered his face away from Dean. Dean held Castiel's face in his hands and pulled him closer. Inches away from each others faces. Castiel's eyes widen and felt knots.

"How does this make you feel?" Dean asked.

"Confused, excited, nervous and flustered." Castiel whispered softly. Dean leaned in and kissed Castiel. Castiel wasn't sure of this but he knew he love it. He kissed Dean back and gripped the mark on his arm where he pulled Dean from hell.

"I love you Dean" Castiel carefully whispers.

"I know" Dean continued kissing Castiel.
