"I didn't know where to go" Castiel opened the motel door to Dean. Dean was covered in blood, sweat and dirt.
"What happened?" Castiel asked him as he let Dean in and closed the door.
"Sam...I can't...I am just so tired" Dean collapsed on the floor. Cas caught his arm and head and slide down to the floor with him. Cas set Dean's head on his lap and softly ran his finger through his hair to calm the hunter.
"Sam is gone" Dean whimpered. "I don't know where he is and it's been over 6 months and I miss you Cas" Dean poured out.
"We'll find Sam together Dean...I missed you too" Castiel held onto Dean. After a few moments in silence Castiel woke up Dean softly.
"Wake up, let's get you cleaned up and in bed" Dean didn't fight Cas and got up and took a shower. After Dean was done he came out in Cas' pants that Cas gave him. Cas noticed there was a cut on his back and pulled out his medic kit that Sam and Dean taught him to make.
"You, sit on bed and let me stitch you up" Cas ordered and Dean complied. Cas cleaned the wound the started to stitch Dean.
"So are you going to tell me how this happened?" Cas asked.
"Demon stabbed me" Dean doesn't hide from Castiel anymore. There's no sense in it because it caused fighting and Dean is comfortable with telling Castiel almost anything.
"Really Dean? From now on you can't hunt alone" Castiel told him.
"Fine then, be my partner again" Dean offered Castiel.
"Thought you would never ask" Castiel smiled as he finished repairing Dean's back. Cas lightly brushed his fingers over the other scars. Dean started to get goose bumps and enjoyed the touch of the former angel.
"Sorry Dean" Castiel took his hand away as he noticed the goose bumps. Dean turned to face Castiel and found himself lost in those bright blue eyes again like he did before.
"Cas..." Dean inched closer to Castiel's face.
"Do it" Castiel stuttered as he inched closer and drowned in Dean's apple green eyes. Dean kissed Cas and brought his hands around the back of Castiel's neck and pulled him closer. Castiel was kissing back with more passion and held Dean's body closer.
"We're better together" Dean said as he pressed his forehead against Cas'.
"Agree, no more leaving each other" Cas added.
"Promise?" Dean asked as he cupped Castiel's face.
"You're stuck with me now" Cas smiled as he told Dean.
