Karlee POV
After we finished I couldn't wait to get outta there . I raced home and sat on the couch balling my eyes out. Nirvana kept texting and asking what happened . I didn't feel like explaining so I just kept saying "Ask Nathan." 20 minutes later she came through the door and ran over to me.
" Karlee babe dont cry." She said pouting. It only caused me to cry harder as I squeezes her.
"Hey fuck him. If he messes up, its his own fault and he really can't see how amazing you are."
"I just want to go home and forget about all this shit." I mumbled.
"Let's forget about it for now and go get some food." She said making me laugh a little. I nodded and stood up wiping the tears. We walked around for awhile looking for somewhere to eat. We finally chose Chick-Fil-A and went to stand in line . It was almost our turn when someone yelled our names behind us.
"Karlee! Nirvana!"
I turned around and saw Taylor and Zac standing there smiling. Taylor and I made made eye contact which caused us both to flush red in the cheeks. Nirvana and Zac offered to go get the food while we found a table. I saw the wink Zac gave Taylor. I smiled a little and walked away looking for a table. I found a booth in the corner and crawled in it sitting the corner of it. Taylor sat next to me.
"How's your day so far?"
I looked down not wanting to answer." Nate and I broke up for good..."
His smile slowly faded " What happened Kar?"
" I uh went to the studio today to work on my part in the song and found him and some girl from his video in an empty studio..."
He hugged me tight and kissed my head. "he's an idiot Kar. I can't believe he'd do that to you. Your too amazing to do somethin terrible like that too."
I shrugged and hugged him back. "Thanks Taylor ."
We sat there cuddling and talking until nirvana and Zac came back with the food. Nirvana had a smirky smile on her face when she saw us. My cheeks flushed red again as I put my head down.
"well isn't that cute ? They're cuddling already." Zac said sitting down .
"Shut up man!" Taylor said laughing nd pushes him.
I grabbed my food and started eating not sure what to say.
"How about we go see a movie after this ? I really wanna see poltergeist" nirvana said taking a bite of her food.
"Nuh uh nooo way you know I'm afraid of clowns !" I said shakin my head fast.
"Come on Karlee stop being a pussy!" Nirvana whined. "Taylor will be there to protect youuu" she winked.
I shook my head laughing.
"Yeah I'll protect you from the clown Kar." Taylor said hugging me. I groaned and finally gave in.
"Fine I'll go if it'll make you shut up!"
"Yay!" Nirvana squealed .
I shook my head and kept eating.
After we finished eating we all piled into Taylor's car and drove to the movies. Nirvana and Zac sat in the back while I sat with Taylor in the front. When we got there Nirvana and I got ready to pay for our tickets when the boys shook their heads.
"Nah we got it guys." Zac said paying.
"Are you sure?" Nirvana asked raising an eyebrow.
He nodded and handed us our tickets . We bought soda and Taylor it nachos.
"We literally just ate. How are you hungry?" I asked laughing at him.
"It's the movies , can't go in with just a soda." He smirked and led the way to our theater. We decided to sit at the very top away from everyone else. I sat in the corner putting my feet up on the ledge . Taylor sat next to me then Zac then Nirvana. They sat there whispering and laughing. The previews were not on and someone kept shhing them. I laughed as Nirvana shhed them back. I clung to Taylor's arm as the movie started. I was not ready for the fuckin clown to appear. He smiled and and held my hand.
"I've got you don't worry ." He whispered in my ear before kissing my head. I smiled an nodded relaxing a little . I cuddled up to him watching the movie burying my face in his chest occasionally. Zac thought it'd be funny and scared me which of course made me scream and had everyone shhing me. I threw a chip at him and pouted holding into Taylor tighter. I regretted agreeing to see this movie.
