Karlee POV
I took a quick shower and there's on a romper and sandals. I straightened my hair and put on light make up. by the time I got down stairs Taylor was dressed an waiting .
"There's a carnival going on so I figured we'd walk around for a little before heading over to it . sound good to you?"
I nodded grabbing my bag. "sounds amazing".
Taylor smiles and held the front door open for me. we headed out an walked to his range rover as he opened the door for me.
"Thanks ." I said smiling and getting in.
The drive was about 10 minutes. we talked about different things like our interests. when we got out the car Taylor held my hand. I wasn't sure how I felt about it but I let it happen. We got weird looks from girls as they pointed and took pictures. I grabbed Taylor's arm and tried not to pay attention to them.
"Don't worry about them Karlee, they're just jealous. "
I frowned and looked at them while they kept taking pictures."
We shopped around for awhile before I got a call from Nate.
"I can't believe you Karlee ! I see YOJ moved on quick."
"What are you talking about Nate? I haven't moved on ? "
"Really ?! Cause there's pictures of you and Taylor all over twitter ! "
"Taylor and I are just fucking friends! And you have no room to talk you cheated on me !"
"Karlee how many times do I have to say I'm sorry ! I made a mista....."
I hung up the phone and wipes tears off my cheek. I didn't want to hear his bullshit anymore. Taylor wrapped his arms around me and kissed my head.
"It'll be okay Karlee he'll realize what he lost soon enough. let's just have fun tonight." I smiled a little and nodded my head yes . we headed to the carnival and played a few games. we got to a basketball game and I pointed to the giant panda bear.
"Taylorrrrrrr I want that!" I pouted giving him puppy dog eyes.
"Okay okay I'll try." he paid for 3 shots. he took the balls and made all three. Taylor pouted to the panda and handed it to me after the man gave it to him. I hugged it tight and laughed, "Thanks Tay."
He smiled and held my hand walking around more. We rode a few rides then walked to the beach watching the fireworks.
"I really had fun today Karlee. Best time I've had in awhile" Taylor said looking at me.
"I had fun too . I haven't smiled or laughed this much since the drama with Nate." I said looking at him.
We stood there I'm silence before he put his hand on my cheek leaning in slowly, I leaned in a little looking in his eyes. As our lips touched an explosion of fireworks appeared in the sky. I held his side as we kissed slowly then pulled away slightly as smiled. He had the biggest smile on his face.
"Ready to go?"
"Yeah I am"
He put his hand on the small of my back and guided us back to the car. when we got back to his house I changed into pajamas and crawled on the couch with him watching a movie. I woke up the next morning to Taylor's arms wrapped around me nd a blanket over us. I grabbed my phone checking twitter. My eyes almost popped out of my head when I saw what was trending, #Tarlee and #Kaylor.
"@caniffupdates; idk which is cuter , #Narlee or #Kaylor! This picture of Taylor and Karlee is just adorable!" I looked ah the picture, it was of us kissing during the fireworks. I shook my head looking throughout tweets and Instagram seeing it trending on there too. Just what I needed more problems and yelling from Nathan.
