Dipper POV

So apparently, running the entire world isn't as easy as I thought it would be. The different languages, cultures, money currency, and so much more are clashing with each other. Right now I'm looking at the draft I've drawn up before invading the world summit. Turn out this plan of action isn't full proof.

The president has been quite helpful by providing information on the other world countries. It has been proven useful, though the humans from other world countries are more...courageous than the weak spineless Americans I've grown up around.

Bill, of course, has been no help to this situation. All he wants to do is party, blow up cities, party some more, and fuck me a few times in between. Speaking of that dorito, he's now standing over my desk- confusioning clearly evident on his face.

"...pinetree must you be so complicated? Why still allow these petty humans to live their lives freely?"

"The less enemies among the humans the better."

"We are the strongest in the whole universe! What could these meat sacks do?"

I turn to face Bill, now annoyed by his presence. One thing has always been confirmed when it comes to Bill Cipher- his over inflated ego. I don't mind it- much, but sometimes it irks me especially in situations like this. He's so impulsive and prefers to run into things head first. Time to give this stupid dream demon a reality check.

"Didn't two twelve year old 'meat sacks' destory you and your plan the first time?"

Bill's smile falters, "that's not funny pinetree."

"It wasn't meant to be. Want to know what your biggest issue is?"

"Oh do tell o'wise one!"

"Your fucking ego!" I huff, throwing my pen in his face. "You underestimate every opponent if they aren't of some cosmic magical background. Humans are cunning and manipulative. I would know- I was one. You took out time baby the first time without hesitation- but us? You played and toyed around."

"Ok, Alright dipper. Where are you going with this?" Bill said boredly, trying not to take offense to his words.

"My point is, what I'm doing is important. Planning things out is important. I can't and won't rush this. I've waited years just to be along side you to rule this pathetic place and I will not let it slip through my fingers because of your incompetence!"

Bill stares a me, surprised by my outburst. I feel the guilt hit me like a tone of bricks. Trying to plan everything out so it's to perfection has really been stressing me out. Bill and I are completely opposite when it comes to certain things, but that's what balances us out.

"Fuck...Bill I'm sorry I shouldn't have taken my stress out-"

Bill laughs loudly, shaking his head as he leans down- placing both his hands on the arm of my chair, trapping me in place. "You're right pinetree, my ego has gotten me into embarrassing situation. Being bested by a bunch of idiotic meatsacks, really knocked me down off my pedestal. But look around us! We took over this world! We destroyed everyone that got in our way. Wanna know why it was so easy this go around?"

I nod my head, trying my best not to stare at his lips. I've been so cooped up at my desk that Bill and I have hardly done anything physical. It would be a distraction, so I kept him away- always shooing him away when he made advances.

"I wouldn't call this process easy, but do enlighten me." I whisper, Bill leaning much closer to me.

"Its because of you pinetree. I tried to get sixxer first. He had the brain I knew I lacked, but you..." Bill grins, lips brushing against my own. "Are in a league of your own. You can say- I hit the jackpot."
