A high pitched scream filled the air. Such a terrible sound. My body ached as I shifted.
Where was I?
The blinding light kept flashing and pulsing in a way that was familiar to me.
Waves?
I struggled to open my eyes. There was indeed a flashing light throughout the room. I watched transfixed as wave after wave of energy pushed its way through the dense stone walls. It was like watching the aurora borealis though I’d never actually seen it in person.
How did it do that?
When another wave materialized and passed through my body, I screamed.
I’m the one screaming?
Another beautiful wave formed and another shrill cry ripped through my throat. Each time the moving light made contact with my chakras, pain tore through my vessel. No one came to my aid.
Had something happened to them? Did they feel this horrible pain too?
I listened in between my own screams but heard nothing. I attempted to pull myself from the bed but the pressure of the light kept forcing me back down. I had no choice but to endure. I couldn’t tell you how long I laid there, but if the growing hoarseness of my shrieks was any indication, then I could have probably been there for hours. My throat ached as I tried to swallow around the continued dryness in my mouth. Perspiration drenched my whole body as I panted. I prayed that whatever this was, would let up soon. My body tensed as a few more light waves traveled through my nervous system, penetrated deep into my soul, and then eventually moved on through the rock walls. My earlier prayer was eventually answered, as I watched the light turn from brilliant honey to muted gold. Smaller waves of light danced inside of the larger, painful vibrations. They felt alive.
When they passed through my body intense tingles shivered down my chakras. Goosebumps raised along my limbs and I began to involuntarily shake, as if cold. It wasn’t my favorite feeling but it was a welcome reprieve from the earlier waves. I did my best to wiggle further into my blanket, but was hardly successful. My body still did not obey my commands.
I listened for the others now that I was no longer yelling, but was still met with absolute silence. That scared me. I had just found them all and I wasn't prepared to lose them yet. They had become my friends, my family. Tears welled in my eyes but I willed them to remain where they were. If I let them fall it would mean I believed that the worst had happened. That the waves had..
Stop!
I didn't want to manifest that. I couldn’t let my thoughts take such a turn. They were alive and well, but obviously something else had happened. Spirit was always throwing in curveballs.
That was true, very true.
The intuitive knowing calmed my wayward mind and I was finally able to relax and let the energy do its work. I pulled the stunning lightwaves into my energy field, and moved it down through my feet into the earth below, envisioning a connected tree root delving deep into the ground. I had never done this alchemy with such pure, raw energy but I found it was an easy process. This energy wanted to be moved. It was meant to be utilized for Gaia’s foundation.
Time ceased to exist as I worked. It was just the energy and I, moving together in the sacred dance of creation. For this was how all things came to be. The alchemy of taking one form of energy and turning it into another. The lightwaves that I now flowed with would transform into an entirely new world, engulfing the one that once existed into its light, thus transmuting the old world’s darkness. It would once again establish the organic template, creating paradise on Earth. But while it was a holy art it was also tiring. I was past the point of exhaustion by the time the energy began to fade. My vessel had grown uncomfortably warm as I labored. With one last release of energy through my feet, I fell unconscious once more.
