"Time to go!" Arthur yells

"Time to go!" Arthur yells.

"Wait—what's a Portkey?" I ask as they all get ready, leaving me clueless.

"Ready! After three. One, two..."

"Harry!" Ophelia yells and motions for me to grab the boot.

"...three!"

Suddenly, the world started to spin at an alarming rate. Our bodies were lifted into the air, the only thing keeping us together being the manky old boot.

"Let go, kids!"

"What?!" Hermione, Ron, Ophelia, and I all yelled at the same time.

"Let go!" he repeats. Hesitantly, we all do.

I felt myself free-falling to the ground, not having enough time to stop myself before face-planting on the floor.

I pushed myself up to see we were on a completely different cliff. In the sky, we could see Amos, Arthur, Cedric, and Ophelia all landing gracefully.

Of course, the only reason Ophelia didn't face-plant like the rest of us was because she was holding on to Cedric for dear life, laughing along with him about how much fun it was. It wasn't that much fun for me, though.

"I'll bet that cleared your sinuses, eh?"

"Total shambles, as per usual."

Once Cedric and Ophelia touched the ground, they walked over to me.

"Oh, Harry, are you all right?" Ophelia asked, looking down at me.

"Yeah, just a rough landing," I answered. Cedric then walked towards me, extending his arm for me to take. Reluctantly, I accepted his help and let him pull me up.

"Thanks." He patted my back and walked off smiling. Does he ever not smile?

"Oh, Harry, you've got some—" Ophelia pointed at something on my face.

"What?"

"It's right there." She tried to point it out on her own face but gave up. "Let me just... there we go. Now you're back to your usual handsome self," she said after removing a piece of grass from my face.

"Go on, look at that! Well, kids, welcome to the Quidditch World Cup!" Arthur said. Ophelia and I walked over to them, looking at the scenery in amazement.

Millions of tents stretched out for miles. Brooms swished through the air everywhere, and there were so many people walking around that it seemed impossible to navigate through the crowd.

"Stay together! Keep up, girls!" We were ushered through the mass of people, all of us trying our best to stay together.

"Parting of the ways, I think, old chap," Amos said, saying goodbye to Arthur.
