"Are you still worried about today?" Jeremy asked.

He took a deep breath and then fixed his suit on. "I'm not sure... but I'm not dreading about it. I just wish this day would be different than the worst things I've been imagining right now."

"Then you're worried," Jeremy pointed out. "Come on."

Jeremy stood behind Theo while he was looking at himself in front of the mirror. He paid a quick visit to Jeremy's room before the troop move out of the camp. His guard thinks that Theo was overthinking it again as he noticed he was feeling anxious and all.

He massaged his shoulder which made him feel a little good to Theo. He doesn't let himself moan out.

"Should that make you feel better?" Jeremy asked.

"Your massage always makes me feel better."

"Oh, are you implying with that that you should get another one?"

Theo smirked. "I didn't say that, but if you would offer, why not? I'm not gonna decline a good offer like that."

"Let's see..." He tapped his shoulder. "Now, go back to your group and I'll meet you out together with the officers."

"Gotcha! See you later."

Theo left his room and find his way back to the sleeping quarters. All the people inside the quarters are going to participate in this exercise. What Theo doesn't know, it was something more than just an exercise for the troop.

"Where did you go?" Stanley asked.

"Bathroom," Theo reasoned. "You know."

"I know you don't have to explain it, I'm not dumb, Theo."

"I—huh? Whatever..." Theo mumbled shaking his head. "Do you guys have any idea where the exercise will happen? I hope the area is not too public."

"I don't have an idea," Yussuf said. "If I do, I would've already told you guys about it, right?"

"He's being real," Stanley commented. "You said you talked to the commanding officer already and said everything would be fine, believe it."

"That's the problem, I don't."

"You've got us," Yussuf said putting his arm on his shoulder. "If one decided to come and hurt you, they'll come to us first. Well, it is gonna be our duty so it's our responsibility, but while you were here with us. Don't worry about it. We'll be your shield."

Just like what Jeremy had told him, he shouldn't worry about what will going to happen today instead focus on what will they do. There are things that might happen along the way, but they'll find a way. They always find a way to lessen the sparks of current issues.

Not that long before all of them finally were called to step out of the quarters and form a line in front of the commanding officer. When everybody is aligned and stood tall, the commanding officer gives a quick brief to all of them. On what they need to do and what not to do during the exercise period. All saluted and gave a firm acknowledgment to the officer who later ordered them to go to the bus they'll be using.
