Please Try - Jiper Pt. 2

as you can tell, i'm feeling uncreative with titles today, but here is the rest of the jiper fic. Sorry it took so long, i felt unmotivated to write jiper, but anyway enjoy :)

"Please, Jase? One bite?" Piper begged, holding up the sandwich.

Jason shook his head. "I already had two!"

"Okay, fine." She took a bite of the sandwich since Jason wouldn't eat it and set it down.

"Sorry." He mumbled. "It's really hard."

"I know, I know." She kissed his forehead softly. "It's alright, Jase. Take your time."

"You're the best girlfriend ever Pipes. You know that?" Jason grinned sweetly.

Piper laughed. "I know. Say, do you want to sleepover tonight?"

"I wish. I have a test tomorrow, so I have to study."

"Uh, no way. You studied all week. You'll be fine. It's almost nine o'clock anyway, I don't want you overworking yourself."

"Alright." His gorgeous smile made Piper melt all over again, like the very first time she met him. 

It had been two weeks since they started dating, and Piper was living a dream. Ever since the day when Jason revealed everything to them, Piper immediately offered him a place to stay the night, so he didn't have to talk to his dad.

After that, they had plenty of sleepovers. No dirty business though, no matter how much Annabeth and Leo teased the two.

The two friend groups had joined, and Piper found herself happier than ever, except for one thing.

One word.

Mother.

Piper's mom had been especially horrible the past few weeks. She found a flaw in everything Piper did. Her clothes, her boyfriend, her test, her food choices.

When she got too annoying, Piper would sleep at Hazel and Nico's place, where she could relax in peace and eat and wear whatever she wanted.

Her and her mother went to a party every other day, and she wasn't exaggerating. Jason didn't come to all of them, and she didn't have any other friends there. She spent most of her time eating snacks and scrolling on her phone or texting Leo.

Dylan hadn't bothered her in weeks, so she'd guessed he'd finally given up and stopped trying to win her back.

She'd never give in.

"Don't tell me you're sleeping in jeans!" Piper scolded, looking at her boyfriend's outfit.

Jason sighed. "Oh shit. I forgot. Hold on, I might have something in my backpack." He grabbed his school bag and dug through it.

Paper and pencils flew everywhere, a calculator hitting Piper in the face. "Jase!"

"Sorry." He flushed red. "I found my gym shorts. I'll sleep in those."

"Do they stink?"

He blushed even harder. "No!"

Piper laughed. "I was joking!"

"Oh, shut up!" Jason went into the bathroom to change, and Piper slipped into her closet to put on her pajamas.

He walked out first and waited patiently for her, looking on his phone while it was charging by her bed.
