•Psychosis, as I believe I've already explained, is a state of mind that occurs usually as the result of a psychotic break. Psychosis is almost an out-of-body experience and can be to blame in many "accidental" homicide cases.

•There are many different forms of Psychosis, some of which, are not temporary at all and allow the person to completely lose touch with reality, unable to return.

SYMPTOMS:

Symptoms of Psychosis include difficulty concentrating, depression, sleeping too much or not enough, anxiety, suspicions surrounding almost everything, withdrawal from family and friends, delusions, temporary memory loss, black-outs, etc.

TREATMENT:

Treatment of Psychosis consists of Anti-Psychotic drugs and other medications as well as different therapies, etc. If left untreated, it can lead to poor performance at school/work, trouble thinking clearly, cutting out friends/loved ones completely, suicidal thoughts, thoughts of hurting yourself or others, etc.
