"Mauuna ka?" Cohen asked me when he saw me packing my things. "How about your rehab? Pinayagan ka ni Doc?"

"Ethan handed me the documents from the main branch in the Philippines. I have to process it immediately," I answered without looking at him. "I also wanted to hang out while the boss is not around...and the doctor as well."

Cohen wanted to go with me but he was stuck with his obligations here in New york. Maayos na nga ang trabaho niya sa Pinas, sumunod pa dito. I am also sick on attending my rehab, I've been a trauma patient for years. Maybe I should take a break and test myself kung meron bang nagbago.

After our big success from the previous project, a lot of investors were coming in. They even invest a lot from our branch in the Philippines kaya kailangan kong asikasukin ang mga documents. Ethan is a bit lazy with papers kaya kailangan ko yung tapusin.

"Welcome to Fly Asia, Sir," The flight attendant greeted me when I entered the plane.

It's been a while since the last time I visited my country. After that traumatizing incident of my life, I never made any plan about coming back. I was afraid. After all, I lose my girl in this country. That made sense. I am also planning to get my siblings and have their permanent residency in New york, but it's a long process to make.

"This is your captain speaking, Captain Xiomora De Vera. First I'd like to welcome everyone on Fly Asia  flight 14A. We are currently cruising at an altitude of 34,000 feet at an airspeed of 500miles per hours. Please fasten your seatbelt, Dear passengers."

I was amazed when I heard that voice from the speaker. I am riding a plane with a girl pilot on it. Indeed terrifying but....waw, a girl pilot must be so cool.

I exit myself from the airport immediately and didn't bother to eat my lunch. I was tired from the flight but I have no choice but to process the document and send it to Ethan right away. It's already dark when I finally finished it.

"Hey, dude!" Axel greeted when I was about to right my bike.

"Hey, Axel, Long time no bond." I said pertaining to our gigs.

"Hey, Dude! Pero lugi ka kasi araw araw ako may gig. Haha. Kailan ka lang dumating?"

"A while ago," Deretsong sagot ko.

"Bago lang pala. Ano G kaba may ibibigay akong raket sayo!" Malaking ngiti ang ibinigay niya.

I felt my energy flowing through my body again when I heard the raket work. I know it will involve music.

"What kind?" I asked immediately, trying to hide my excitement.

A small curve formed from his lips. "DJ."

I didn't get so much thought from it at kinuha kaagad ang raket na yun. I may be a big time entrepreneur today but my love for music won't make any difference. One thing I like about Philippines, is the music it contain.

"Waw." I whispered on myself out od amusement when I entered the DoubleX bar. A lot of people were already dancing on the dance floor, some of them were kissing on the stairs, and some of them were already wasted.

The music was a bit off because no one was handling the music panel before I arrived. It's been a while since the last time. Seven years? Hell, I lose track. All I do was to type and write on a freaking papers overseas.
