"Girl where have you been?" Alicia asked walking up to me.
"I'm sorry, I got a little distracted", I replied trying to hide my hurt.
Alicia's face turned from upset to worried.
She came beside me and put her hand on my shoulder.
"What's wrong girl", she asked.
"First block didn't go exactly as I wanted it to go", I admitted.
"Well, that's ok. I will get easier", she said trying to help.
"No it won't. I was humiliated and now I feel stupid", I said turning away.
"What are you talking about. Who humiliated you. Do I need to beat somebody up", she said.
"No it's ok."
"Megan girl, if something's up you need to tell me so I can help", she replied.
I looked at her and wiped my tears.
"I went in class and I forgot my pencil and so this nice guy offered my a pencil and he was really cute. But then I found out he had a girlfriend and she was so rude to me", I said.
"Who was this guy?", she asked.
"His name is Brandon."
Her eyes grew big.
"Brandon Johnson?", she asked.
"I don't know. He had brown hair and wore a Patriot Leather-men jacket."
"Yep that's him", she sighed.
"Is that a bad thing", I asked.
"Nope, he's just the star quarterback for our team and the most popular guy around here."
"Oh."
"Yeah and his girlfriend, Emma Henson is one mean chick", she told me.
"Tell me about it. I accidentally knocked down her folder and she accused me of doing it on purpose", I said.
"She is so rude for no reason. And highly overprotective of her boyfriend. She doesn't want anyone talking to Brandon. Not even her friends", Alicia said.
I couldn't believe how much Alicia knew that I didn't. No wonder she changed attitudes when I was around. She only has a soft heart for her boo Brandon. Well I didn't care. I don't want neither of them talking to me.
"Thanks for the heads up", I said.
"Sure thing. Do you have a second block?", she asked.
"Yes I do."
"Ok, we'll let's get you to your next class."
She grabbed my hand and let me to my next class.
It was upstairs so it took us a little longer to get there.
"What's the room number?", Alicia asked.
"A208", I replied.
"Ok it should be this way."
After a couple turns we finally made it to my class.
"Ok, here you go. Are you okay?", Alicia asked.
"Yes, I'm fine", I assured her.
She gave me a hug and went to her next class.
I knocked on the door.
A tall bearded man with a plaid shirt answered the door.
"Hi, how can I help you?", he smiled.
"Yes, I'm Megan Archie. Is this Business Development?", I asked.
